End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Usage Rights
This agreement will be effective when you download, install, and play the Transmorphosis game. This game is licensed only for personal and non-commercial use. The game is not sold to the user, and all ownership of the game belongs to BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES. Even if the game is installed on multiple devices, it can only be used by the person who purchased the license.
2. Copyright and Ownership
Transmorphosis is protected by the intellectual property rights and copyrights of BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES and its affiliates. No part of the game may be copied, modified, or sold commercially without the written consent of BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES. Under this agreement, all rights to the software, graphics, sounds, and all content of the game belong to BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES.
3. Prohibited Actions
The user may not engage in the following actions:
Sell, rent, or lend the game to third parties who do not own the license.
Modify any part of the game, apply reverse engineering, hack, or encourage such actions.
Manipulate the game with bots, cheats, or other automated systems.
Sell in-game assets for commercial purposes or to gain profit.
Abuse the online services of the game or harm other players.
4. Limitation of Liability
BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES is not responsible for any damage that may arise from the use or inability to use the game. This limitation of liability includes loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect, incidental, or special damages. BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES makes no guarantees regarding the performance, error-free operation, or continuous accessibility of the game.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES is committed to protecting the personal information of users. All information collected during the game will be processed in accordance with BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES' privacy policy. The user agrees that data collected during the game may be used for BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES' services and improvements.
6. Termination Conditions
This license agreement may be terminated by the user at any time. The user may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the game from their device. However, if the user violates this agreement, BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES may immediately terminate the agreement and block the user's access to the game. In the event of termination, the user must immediately cease using the game.
7. Updates and Changes
BOTTLE BOTTOM GAMES may make updates or changes to any part of the game or this EULA from time to time. Such changes will be communicated to the users, and if the user continues to use the game, they will be deemed to have accepted these changes.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes related to this EULA will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
