End User License Agreement (EULA) for Tapple

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Tapple Company ("Tapple Company") regarding the use of the Tapple software application ("Tapple").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tapple, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use Tapple.
2. License Grant
Tapple Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use Tapple solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Tapple complies with all applicable laws. Using Tapple for any form of gambling is prohibited. In some jurisdictions, the distribution of digital items may be considered gambling and may be illegal. You must ensure compliance with your local laws. Tapple Company disclaims all liability for any actions taken by you in violation of local laws.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use unauthorized third-party software, scripts, bots, or any methods to cheat, exploit, automate, or manipulate Tapple.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of Tapple.
Modify, alter, or create derivative works based on Tapple.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer Tapple or any copies of it.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on Tapple.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tapple is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Tapple Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to Tapple.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tapple Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Tapple, even if Tapple Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Amendments to this Agreement
Tapple Company reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
