End User License Agreement (EULA) for Vae Victis - Khan Soundtrack
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Doorknob22 for the use of the Vae Victis - Khan Soundtrack (the "Soundtrack").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Soundtrack, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Soundtrack.
1. Grant of License:
Doorknob22 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Soundtrack for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted solely for use with the Vae Victis - Khan game.
2. Ownership:
The Soundtrack is licensed, not sold, to you. Doorknob22 retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Soundtrack, including all intellectual property rights therein.
3. Restrictions:
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Soundtrack.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Soundtrack or any rights thereto.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Soundtrack.
4. Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the Soundtrack and destroy all copies of the Soundtrack in your possession or control.
5. Warranty Disclaimer:
The Soundtrack is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Doorknob22 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Doorknob22 be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Soundtrack, even if Doorknob22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Entire Agreement:
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Doorknob22 regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
By installing or using the Soundtrack, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA, do not install or use the Soundtrack.
