END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Millenary Games ("Company" or "we") for the use of the multiplayer game "CAMPS" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant Millenary Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game, including the embedded map builder ("Map Builder"), solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and only in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions You agree not to: a. Distribute, lease, license, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the Game or any of its components to any third party. b. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or Map Builder, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) of Millenary Games or its licensors. d. Use the Game or Map Builder for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Millenary Games. e. Use the Game to engage in any unlawful activity or to infringe on the rights of Millenary Games or any third party.
3. Ownership The Game, Map Builder, and any maps or other content created using the Game's assets (including but not limited to maps, designs, and other generated content) are licensed, not sold. Millenary Games retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, Map Builder, and any such created content, including all intellectual property rights. By using the Map Builder or creating content with the Game’s assets, you agree that all such content becomes the exclusive property of Millenary Games, and you waive any rights to such content.
4. User-Generated Content Any content created by you using the Game or Map Builder, including but not limited to maps, designs, and modifications, shall be considered "User-Generated Content." By creating or uploading User-Generated Content, you grant Millenary Games a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise exploit such content in any manner and for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
5. Updates and Patches Millenary Games may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game ("Updates") that must be installed for you to continue to use the Game. Millenary Games may update the Game remotely without your knowledge, and you hereby consent to such updates. This EULA will apply to any Updates that are not distributed with a separate license or other agreement.
6. Termination This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall all copies of the Game.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Millenary Games does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Game is free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Millenary Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Game; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Game by any third party; (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Game; and/or (e) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Millenary Games' aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Game exceed the amount paid by you to Millenary Games for the Game.
9. Governing Law This EULA and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Millenary Games concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the Game.
11. Changes to this EULA Millenary Games reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time by posting the revised terms on its website or within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
