THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY ("USER" OR "YOU") AND BOJEUX ("COMPANY," "WE," OR "US"), DIRECTED BY JORDAN CHAPELLE, FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT "HUMAN MILK SELLER" ("GAME"), WHICH INCLUDES COMPUTER SOFTWARE, AND MAY INCLUDE ASSOCIATED MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND ONLINE OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Grant of License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on your device, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Copyright and Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. The Game and all copies thereof remain the property of the Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are retained by the Company.
Permitted Uses and Restrictions
You may install and use the Game in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense or provide commercial hosting services with the Game.
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game.
User Responsibilities
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using the Game.
You are responsible for safeguarding any copy of the Game you have downloaded or installed.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company.
Your rights under this Agreeme
nt will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The Company does not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or operate in the combinations that you may select for use.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established.
Complete Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company relating to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time by providing notice to you.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE GAME.
