END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between Dam Games ("Licensor") and the end user ("User") for the use of the software titled "Kuzgun" ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If the User does not agree to the terms of this EULA, they must not use the Software and must destroy any copies of the Software in their possession.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use. The User may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the Software.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The User agrees not to use the Software for any illegal purposes or in violation of this EULA. The User agrees not to infringe on the rights of any third parties while using the Software.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the Licensor or its licensors. This EULA does not grant the User any rights to the intellectual property of the Software.
5. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS
The User agrees to pay all fees and charges specified by the Licensor for the Software or related services. The Licensor reserves the right to determine its refund policies at its sole discretion, and such policies may change from time to time.
6. ACCOUNT SECURITY
The User is responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts associated with the Software. The User must keep account information confidential and notify the Licensor immediately of any unauthorized access.
7. UPDATES AND CHANGES
The Licensor may update the Software and this EULA from time to time. Such updates will be effective upon notification to the User, and the User agrees to accept and comply with any such updates by continuing to use the Software.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
9. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated by either the User or the Licensor. The User may terminate this EULA by ceasing to use the Software and destroying all copies. The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice.
