**End User License Agreement (EULA) for "Hakoiri"**
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using "Hakoiri" software ("Software") developed by Soul Labs Ltd. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Software.
**1. License Grant:**
By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Soul Labs Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
**2. Restrictions:**
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Create derivative works based on the Software.
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Software.
**3. Ownership:**
The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Soul Labs Ltd and its licensors. This Agreement does not convey to you any ownership interest in the Software.
**4. Updates and Support:**
From time to time, Soul Labs Ltd may provide updates, patches, or bug fixes for the Software. Such updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. Soul Labs Ltd may also provide support services related to the Software, at its discretion.
**5. Termination:**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Soul Labs Ltd if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
**6. Limitation of Liability:**
In no event shall Soul Labs Ltd or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Software, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if Soul Labs Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
**7. Governing Law:**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
**8. Entire Agreement:**
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Soul Labs Ltd regarding your use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
