This End User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legal agreement between the end user ("User") and Small Throne Studios ("We" or "Licensor") for the use of the game "Last Bloody Snack" ("Game"). Please read this EULA carefully before using the Game.
Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If you do not agree with any part of this EULA, you may not use the Game.
In order to use the game "Last Bloody Snack," the User confirms that they are of legal age in their country of residence. By installing, accessing, or using the Game, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If the User is not of legal age in their country or does not agree with any part of this EULA, they must not use the Game.
License GrantSubject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Small Throne Studios grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is limited to the User's use of the Game as a single-player, 2D horror experience.
Ownership and Copyright
The Game, including all intellectual property rights, trademarks, and copyrights associated with it, is the property of Small Throne Studios or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to the User under this EULA are reserved by Small Throne Studios. The User acknowledges that the Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
Restrictions on Use
The User agrees not to:
a) Copy, distribute, or modify the Game or any part of it without the prior written consent of Small Throne Studios;
b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the Game;
d) Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
e) Use the Game in a way that may harm, damage, or impair the Game, Small Throne Studios, or any third party.
Termination
This EULA is effective upon the User's acceptance and shall remain in effect until terminated. Small Throne Studios may terminate this EULA at any time if the User fails to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in their possession.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Small Throne Studios disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Game.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Small Throne Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Game, even if Small Throne Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Small Throne Studios is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Small Throne Studios regarding the use of the Game and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.
Disturbing Content Disclaimer
The Game "Last Bloody Snack" contains graphic and disturbing content, including but not limited to depictions of blood, violence, violence towards minors, incest, mental disorders, suicide, and self-harm. By choosing to play the Game, the User acknowledges and accepts that the content is intended to create a disturbing and intense horror experience.
Small Throne Studios disclaims all responsibility and liability for any emotional, psychological, or physical reactions experienced by the User while playing the Game. The User understands that the content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only, and any resemblance to real events or persons is purely coincidental.
The User agrees to play the Game at their own risk and discretion. Small Throne Studios shall not be held responsible for any consequences that may arise from the User's exposure to the disturbing content, including but not limited to discomfort, anxiety, or distress.
If the User finds the content to be excessively distressing or offensive, it is recommended that they discontinue playing the Game immediately.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, the User explicitly acknowledges and agrees to this Disturbing Content Disclaimer, relieving Small Throne Studios of any liability associated with the content's disturbing nature.
Age Restriction
The Game "Last Bloody Snack" is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher. By installing, accessing, or using the Game, the User represents and warrants that they meet the minimum age requirement. If the User does not meet this age requirement, they must not use the Game.
