Thank you for choosing to play “There’s Always a Madman: Fight or Flight.” Before we get to the good stuff, here are a few legal items to go through first.

Throughout this document, Sunny Demeanor Games will be referred to as “the company,” while you are referred to as “the player.”

Licensing
The company grants the player a license for the game “There’s Always a Madman: Fight or Flight.” This license entitles you to play the game. However, the company reserves the right to revoke the license if the player engages in any “bad faith” behavior, as determined by the company, or any illegal behavior. This includes but is not limited to harassing other players on social media or through other means, harassing the developer, reselling keys, or uploading pirated copies of the game. This applies to the free demo as well; if the player engages in illegal or “bad faith” behavior, then they may lose their license to the demo as well.

Streaming and Content Creation
The player is free to stream and share playthroughs of the game online. However, please be mindful of sharing spoilers with the wider community - e.g. players may not want to have the identity of the game’s mysterious archvillain spoiled. As with the “Licensing” section above, streamers and other content creators are expected to operate in good faith, and any “bad faith” behaviors as determined by the company or any illegal behavior may result in the company revoking streaming/content creation privileges.

Reps and Warranties
The company encourages players to report bugs through community forums so that it can evaluate and address identified bugs, but the company makes no guarantees that it will address any specific bug. As such, the player agrees to take the game as-is.

If you accept these terms, please click the “Accept” button below, and enjoy your time with the game.

For what it's worth, Agent - I hope you’re able to stop the madman and save the world. We’re all counting on you!
