CLAWS & CHAOS TERMS OF SERVICE
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Claws & Chaos game (the "Game"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") set forth by Parhelion Studio Co. ("Parhelion", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the State of Michigan. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not download, install or use the Game.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
2.1 Parhelion reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Game at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
2.2 You may terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by deleting the Game from your device(s) and ceasing all use of our services.
REFUNDS
3.1 As Claws & Chaos is a free-to-play game, there are no costs to download or access the Game. In-game purchases are non-refundable except in circumstances where Parhelion determines, in its sole discretion, a refund is appropriate or where required by law.
3.2 Any request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of the transaction in question. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your transaction details and reason for requesting a refund. Requests received later than thirty (30) days from the transaction date will not be processed.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Game.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Parhelion reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions. Your continued use of the Game after such changes or modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of such revisions.
