2. About this service

2.2 Form of the service
2.2.1 To use this service, you need to download the client software of Genesis. For these software, Genesis grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You use these software and services only for the purpose of accessing or using the Service.
2.2.2 In this service, Yuanyue Yuanyue client software may provide multiple application versions including but not limited to iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Symbian, BlackBerry, Windows, Mac, etc. Matching software version.
2.3 The scope of this service license
2.3.1 Momentum grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use this software. You may install, use, display, and run this software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
2.3.2 You may make a copy of this software for the purpose of using this software and services, only for backup. Backup copies must contain all copyright notices contained in the original software.
2.3.3 All other rights that are not expressly authorized by this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by Genesis, and you must obtain the written permission of Genesis when exercising these rights. If Origination does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
3. Acquisition of software
3.1 You can obtain the software directly from the website of iDynamic, or from a third party authorized by iDevice.
3.2 If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party that is not authorized by Primacy, Primacy cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and Promise will not be responsible for any losses caused to you.
4. Software installation and uninstallation
4.1 Mobility may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices, and you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation.
4.2 After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install correctly.
4.3 In order to provide more high-quality and secure services, iDynamic may recommend you to install other software during the installation of this software, and you can choose to install or not.
4.4 If you no longer need to use this software or need to install a new version of the software, you can uninstall it yourself. If you are willing to help Yuanyue improve its products and services, please inform us of the reason for uninstallation.
5. Software update
5.1 In order to improve user experience and service content, Primacy will continue to work hard to develop new services and provide you with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).

5.3 After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available. 6. Protection of personal information of users

6.3 In general, you can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for the sake of security and identification (such as number appeal service), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration. 6.5 Without your consent, Genesis will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Genesis, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
6.6 Genesis attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using the services of Yuanyue.

7. Clauses of sovereign rights and obligations
7.1 Account Usage Specifications
7.1.1 Before using this service, you need to register an account of iBio. The origin account can be registered through the mobile phone number or assisted by the existing origin account, and the origin account will be bound to the registered mobile phone number. You can bind your mobile phone number after successful registration, and you can change the bound mobile phone number under the premise of complying with the platform rules. 7.1.2 The ownership of the Yuanyue account belongs to the Yuanyue company. After the user completes the registration application procedure, he only obtains the right to use the Yuanyue account, and the right to use only belongs to the initial applicant registrant. At the same time, the initial application registrant shall not give away, borrow, lease, transfer or sell the iDynamic account, or allow non-initial application registrants to use the iDevice account in other ways. Non-initial application registrants are not allowed to use the Yuanyue account through gift, inheritance, lease, transfer or any other means.
7.1.3 The user is responsible for properly keeping the registered account information and account password safe, and the user needs to bear legal responsibility for the behavior under the registered account and password. The user agrees not to disclose account and password information to others under any circumstances. When you suspect that someone else is using your account, you should immediately notify the company. If you register a new Genesis account through an existing Genesis account, Genesis may require you to use the aforementioned "existing Genesis account" to perform relevant auxiliary operations for the purpose of ensuring the security of your account, including But not limited to assisting login, retrieving password, freezing account, submitting appeal, etc. If you have bound the new origin account with the aforementioned "existing origin account" with different mobile numbers, the aforementioned "existing origin account" will lose the ability to perform relevant auxiliary operations for the new origin account. 7.1.4 When a user uses a mobile phone number to register a Yuanyue account, the system will automatically match the Yuanyue number for you. 7.2 User Notes

7.2.4 You understand and agree that Primacy will use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in the software and services, but Primacy cannot provide complete guarantees, including but not limited to the following situations :
7.2.4.1 Genesis is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in the software and services;
7.2.4.2 Genesis has the right to determine the maximum storage period of data in the software and services for a single user according to the actual situation, and allocate the maximum storage space for data on the server. You can back up relevant data in the software and services according to your own needs;
7.2.4.3 If you stop using the software and services or the services are terminated or cancelled, Soulgame can permanently delete your data from the server. After the service is stopped, terminated or cancelled, Primacy is not obliged to return any data to you.

7.3 Third-party products and services
7.3.1 When you use the products or services provided by the third party of this software, in addition to complying with this agreement, you should also abide by the user agreement of the third party. Yuanyue and the third party shall bear respective responsibilities for possible disputes within the scope stipulated and agreed by law.
7.3.2 When the user uses the software or requests Genesis to provide specific services, the software may call a third-party system or support the user's use or access through a third party, and the results of use or access are provided by the third party (including but Not limited to the services provided by the third party through the official account of the source, or the content accessed through the open platform, etc.), the source does not guarantee the security, accuracy, validity and other uncertainties of the services and content provided by the third party The risk of any disputes and damages arising from this has nothing to do with the origin of the jump, and the origin of the jump does not assume any responsibility.

8.1.2.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws and regulations:

8.3.4 Infringe on other legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you publish, comments, likes, recommendations, etc., as well as any consequences arising therefrom. You should make your own judgment on the content of this service, and bear all the risks arising from the use of the content, including the risks arising from the reliance on the correctness, completeness or practicality of the content. Origination cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.
8.5 Handling of breach of contract

8.5.2 You understand and agree that Primacy has the right to punish violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information to the user in accordance with laws and regulations. The user shall solely bear all legal responsibilities arising from the report of the relevant department.
8.5.3 You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claim, demand or loss claimed by a third party due to your violation of this agreement or the relevant terms of service; should be compensated together.
9. Intellectual Property Statement
9.1 Genesis is the owner of the intellectual property rights of this software. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of this software, as well as all information related to this software (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties, and the source is entitled to the above-mentioned intellectual property rights, except for the rights that the relevant obligees shall enjoy in accordance with the law.
9.2 Without the written consent of iDevice or relevant rights holders, you may not implement, utilize, or transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purpose by yourself or by any third party.
9.3 All content uploaded and published during your use of the software and services will not be transferred due to uploading and publishing behaviors such as intellectual property rights and portrait rights. 10. Terminal Security Responsibilities

11. Third-Party Software or Technology
11.1 This software may use third-party software or technology (including open source codes and public domain codes that may be used by this software, the same below), and such use has been legally authorized.
11.2 If the software uses third-party software or technology, Primacy will, in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, for relevant agreements or other documents, may be packaged in the attachment of this agreement, packaged in a specific folder of the software installation package, or through They may be expressed in "software license agreement", "authorization agreement", "open source code license" or other forms. 11.3 Any disputes arising from the third-party software or technology used in this software shall be resolved by the third party, and iDynamic shall not bear any responsibility. 12. Others
12.1 By using this software, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. Origination has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of this software. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.
12.2 The signing place of this agreement is Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province in China.
12.3 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
12.4 If any disputes or disputes arise between you and Origination, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the competent people's court in the place where this agreement is signed.
12.5 The titles of all clauses in this agreement are for convenience of reading only, and have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
12.6 This agreement may have multiple language versions including Chinese and English. If there is any conflict between the Chinese version and other language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
12.7 No matter what part of the terms of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the rest of the terms are still valid and binding on both parties.

3. Acquisition of software
3.1 You can obtain the software directly from the website of iDynamic, or from a third party authorized by iDevice.
3.2 If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party that is not authorized by Primacy, Primacy cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and Promise will not be responsible for any losses caused to you.
4. Software installation and uninstallation
4.1 Mobility may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices, and you should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation.

7.1.3 The user is responsible for properly keeping the registered account information and account password safe, and the user needs to bear legal responsibility for the behavior under the registered account and password. 8.5.3 You understand and agree that you shall be solely responsible for any claim, demand or loss claimed by a third party due to your violation of this agreement or the relevant terms of service; should be compensated together.
9. Intellectual Property Statement
9.1 Genesis is the owner of the intellectual property rights of this software. 12. Others
12.1 By using this software, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. Origination has the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of this software. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.
12.2 The signing place of this agreement is Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province in China.
12.3 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
12.4 If any disputes or disputes arise between you and Origination, they should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the competent people's court in the place where this agreement is signed.

12.7 No matter what part of the terms of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the rest of the terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
