END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "SURVIVING SKELETON ISLAND"
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS GAME.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By installing, copying, or otherwise using "Surviving Skeleton Island" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Bert Games ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Developer.
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game to any third party.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, including all content, graphics, audio, and related materials, are the intellectual property of Developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Developer does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate this license if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by the laws of International. Any disputes arising out of this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in International.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer regarding the Game.
By installing and using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
