MYTHREL END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Legend Games LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the game Mythrel, including any associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
1.1. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
1.2. Reproduction and Distribution. You may not reproduce or distribute the Game without our express written consent.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
2.1. Maintenance of Copyright Notices. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copy of the Game.
2.2. Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
2.3. Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Game.
2.4. Support Services. We may provide you with support services related to the Game ("Support Services"). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the Game and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, we may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Game and all of its component parts.
COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the Game (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the Game), and any copies of the Game are owned by us or our suppliers. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Game like any other copyrighted material.
LIMITED WARRANTY. We expressly disclaim any warranty for the Game. The Game and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Game remains with you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
MISCELLANEOUS. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. If any provision of this EULA is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this EULA and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this EULA will be binding unless in writing and signed by us.
