End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and demidovski.dev ("Developer") for the use of "Paramedics! - EMS Simulator" ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant:
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Developer grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license is granted only for the "Home Edition" available on Steam and is not intended for commercial use or use within EMS agencies.

Restrictions:
User shall not:

Use the Software for commercial purposes or within EMS agencies without obtaining explicit permission from Developer.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
Hold Developer responsible for the manner in which the Software is used by User.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability:
Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software.

Termination:
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the Software.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Developer concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
