Table Party – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This end user license agreement (the “Agreement” or “EULA”) is between you and DIVEXR(“DIVEXR”) and governs your use of Table Party (the “Game”). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Game" refers to the VR game "Table Party" developed and sold by DIVEXR.
1.2. "User" refers to an individual or entity who has acquired a valid license to use the Game.
1.3. "License" refers to the permission granted by DIVEXR to use the Game under the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. Grant of License
DIVEXR grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
3.1. The User shall not modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
3.2. The User shall not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party.
3.3. The User shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game.
4. Intellectual Property
The Game and all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are owned by DIVEXR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. The User's rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if the User fails to comply with any of its terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DIVEXR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and DIVEXR and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Game.
