4 Software License
On the premise that you comply with all the conditions of this agreement, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to use this software (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement")
5 Restrictions and Requirements
Developer reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in "This Agreement", unless the applicable laws grant you more rights without the restrictions. You may use "This Software" only as expressly permitted in "This Agreement".
When using “This Software”, you shall not engage in the following acts：
5.1 Modification prohibited
Except as expressly permitted by "This Agreement", you may not modify, transplant, adapt or translate "This Software", nor change, modify or delete relevant records of authorization contained in "This Software".
5.2 Publishing, disclosing or bundling prohibited
Except as expressly permitted by “This Agreement”, you may not publish, disclose, or bundle all or part of “This Software” with derivative works.
5.3 Reverse Engineering prohibited
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to decipher the source code of “This Software”, unless you modify “This Software” for your own use and reverse engineer for debugging the results of the changes.
5.4 Transfer of Rights prohibited
Except as expressly permitted by “This Agreement”, you may not lend, lease, sell, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights under “The Software” to any third-party person or entity.
5.5 Transfer of contractual status prohibited
Except as expressly permitted by “This Agreement”, you may not assign or assign your acquired contractual status, rights and obligations under “This Agreement” to any third party individual or entity.
5.6 Other Restricted Behavior
Without the authorization of the developer, you are not allowed to publicly release “This Software” and any code or content contained in the output files;

You shall not use “This Software” to engage in any acts that infringe on the rights of others, or may infringe the rights of others;
6 Cancellation and Termination of “This Agreement”
6.1 Cancellation
If any of the following situations occurs to you, the developer has the right to terminate “This agreement” immediately without notice.
6.1.1 Engage in the acts specified in Section 5 (Restrictions and Requirements);
6.1.2 Infringe the rights and interests of the developer or other users, or damage the reputation or legal status of the developer;
6.1.3 Engage in any form of commercial activities or cause losses to the developer with all or part of “This Software” or any output files and all forms of derivatives of “This Software” due to violation of the provisions of this agreement or infringement of the intellectual property rights of the software;
6.1.4 Any other situation similar to the above clauses occurs;
6.2 The termination of “This Agreement” does not prevent the developer from exercising the right to claim damages against you;
6.3 According to Section 6.1, after the termination of “This Agreement”, you must immediately destroy “This Software” and all related copies, including output files and all forms of derivatives.
