The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the exclusion of all other conflicting laws shall apply to the formation, performance, interpretation and resolution of disputes under this Agreement.

This Agreement is entered into in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In the event of any dispute between the parties concerning the content or performance of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, contractual or other property rights disputes), the parties shall negotiate amicably to resolve the dispute; if no such negotiation is reached, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

If you have any comments or suggestions regarding this Agreement or C4Cat Entertainment Limited's (hereinafter also referred to as "C4Cat") gaming services, please contact C4Cat Customer Service and we will provide you with the necessary assistance.

1. The C4Cat Game License and Service Agreement is entered into by you (hereinafter also referred to as "User" or "Player") and C4Cat, and this agreement has contractual effect.

2. Before using the game software (hereinafter also referred to as "C4Cat Games") and related services provided by C4Cat ("Game Software and Related Services" hereinafter also referred to as "C4Cat Game Services") ("C4Cat Games"), C4Cat specifically reminds users to carefully read all of the terms of this Agreement, especially those that exclude or limit C4Cat's liability (such terms often include "no liability", "no obligation ", "no warranty", etc.), and those that limit the user's rights (such terms usually include the words "shall not", "should not", "no right", etc.). "These terms shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

3. If the user does not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, the user shall not install or use C4Cat game software or enjoy C4Cat game services. By clicking "Accept" and installing C4Cat game software, or registering, starting and/or continuing to use C4Cat game services, the user is deemed to have agreed to and accepted all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not thereafter raise any form of defense on the grounds that you have not read/agreed to the contents of this Agreement or similar reasons.

4. Users have the right to monitor whether C4Cat and C4Cat's staff provide services to users in accordance with C4Cat's official published standards during the period of receiving C4Cat's game services, and to provide C4Cat with comments and suggestions related to C4Cat's products and services at any time.

If the user is under 18 years of age or is not fully civilized, he or she must read this Agreement in the company of a guardian and use the game services provided by C4Cat only after obtaining the guardian's consent to the user's use of the game services provided by C4Cat and to all the terms of this Agreement.

1. C4Cat, the provider of C4Cat game services, is C4Cat Entertainment Limited and its affiliates, which may provide C4Cat game services to you through its own websites and platforms, the websites and platforms of its partners, and the websites and platforms of its licensors.

2. You, also known as a "player" or "user". You are a natural person who has obtained a license for non-commercial use of C4Cat through the legal channels provided by C4Cat to install and use C4Cat game software or receive C4Cat game services.

3. C4Cat games: A collective term for games provided and/or operated by C4Cat, including but not limited to computer client games, web games, HTML5 games (H5 games), cell phone games, home console games and other games that can run and operate on different operating systems and terminal devices; C4Cat games may be provided in the form of software, in which case C4Cat Games also include the relevant software and related documentation, as well as updates, upgrades, patches, data sheets, etc. related to the aforementioned game products, and may include related web servers, websites (including but not limited to the official websites or official pages of the aforementioned game products), electronic media, printed materials or electronic documents, etc.

4. Terminal devices: Devices that install and use C4Cat games, including but not limited to cell phones, tablets, computers, mobile smart devices, home game consoles, client devices, wireless routers, operating systems and other necessary software, hardware or Internet devices.

5. C4Cat Game Services: means the various operational services provided to you by C4Cat and/or C4Cat-authorized operators in connection with the aforementioned C4Cat Games, and includes the C4Cat Game Software itself.

6. Virtual Currency: A virtual prop (e.g. Phantom Rainbow Steel, etc.) designed by C4Cat to meet the normal entertainment needs of players in C4Cat game services, obtained through legal payment channels such as Hong Kong dollar exchange, and can be used to exchange for the right to use various game virtual props or value-added services specified in the game and used only in specific games.

7. This Agreement: refers to the text of this Agreement, the "C4Cat User Personal Information and Privacy Protection Policy", the game rules and their revised versions. These contents, once officially published, shall be an integral part of this Agreement.

8. Game Rules: refers to the user rules, player regulations, game announcements, tips and notices regarding C4Cat games issued and amended by the C4Cat game service provider from time to time.

1. C4Cat is the owner of the intellectual property rights of C4Cat Games and/or has obtained legal authorization from the rightful owner to provide users with C4Cat Games and/or C4Cat Game Services, and all copyrights, trademarks, patents, commercial rights, and other intellectual property rights in C4Cat Games (including but not limited to C4Cat Games as a whole and all content, components or elements involved in C4Cat Games). All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, patents, trade secrets and all other legal rights to operate such C4Cat games, and all information content related to C4Cat games (including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout, related materials or electronic documents) are subject to the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. C4Cat shall enjoy the intellectual property rights and legal rights mentioned above, except for the rights of the relevant right holders in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

2. You may not commercially use the C4Cat Games (including, but not limited to, the C4Cat Games as a whole and all content, components or elements involved in the C4Cat Games) in any way without C4Cat's prior written consent.

3. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, C4Cat owns all title and intellectual property rights and related rights in the game data generated by your use of C4Cat's game services, and C4Cat has the right to store and dispose of such game data. C4Cat has the right to keep and dispose of such game data. Among other things, C4Cat will comply with the relevant laws and international policies regarding the retention period of purchase records for users' purchases of game virtual currency. The retention period for other game data is determined by C4Cat at its own discretion, but will comply with national laws and regulations if they stipulate otherwise.

4. The characters and logos (graphics) of "C4Cat" and "Zold:out ~ Forge House Story" embodied in C4Cat game services, as well as the characters and logos (graphics) used in specific services to identify the name or source of the services (including but not limited to (graphics), etc. (including but not limited to the name, LOGO, ICON of C4Cat game services, the name, LOGO, ICON, etc. of C4Cat games and C4Cat game software developers) are trademarks or registered trademarks of C4Cat and/or its partner companies in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and/or other countries/regions.

5. C4Cat game services may involve intellectual property rights of third parties, and if the relevant third parties have requirements for you to use such intellectual property rights in C4Cat game services, C4Cat will inform you of such requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply with such requirements.
Any rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by C4Cat.

1. Use of C4Cat game services may require the download and installation of related software, which you may obtain directly from the C4Cat website or from a third party that is licensed by C4Cat. If you obtain a C4Cat game or a game with the same and/or similar name as a C4Cat game from a third party that is not legally authorized by C4Cat, you are deemed not to be authorized by C4Cat and C4Cat cannot guarantee that the game can be used properly and will not be liable for any damages caused to you as a result.

2. C4Cat may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices or operating systems, including but not limited to Windows, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Symbian, BlackBerry, etc. You should choose to download the appropriate version for installation according to the actual situation. After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install it correctly.

3. In order to provide better and safer services, C4Cat may recommend you to install other software during the software installation, and you can choose to install or not.

4. To ensure the security and consistency of C4Cat's gaming services, C4Cat reserves the right to update the software, or to change or limit the effects of some of the software's features.
C4Cat does not guarantee the continued availability of older versions of the software and corresponding customer services, so please check and download the latest version at any time.
Provided that the user agrees to accept all the terms of this Agreement, C4Cat agrees to grant the user a personal, non-commercial, non-profit, revocable, changeable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the C4Cat Game Software and C4Cat Game Services, and you may only download, install, register, and use the C4Cat Game Software on the terminal device within the scope of C4Cat's aforementioned license. You may only download, install, register, and use the C4Cat Games on the terminal device within the scope of C4Cat's aforementioned license, and run a legal copy of the C4Cat Game Software in the manner specified by C4Cat and enjoy the services provided by C4Cat.
The license granted to the User by C4Cat under this Agreement is for personal use. If the user needs to use the C4Cat Game Software and C4Cat Game Services for purposes other than personal use or to use the C4Cat Game Software and C4Cat Game Services for any commercial purposes, the user should contact C4Cat and obtain a separate written authorization from C4Cat. Any installation, use, access, display, operation, or commercial use without C4Cat's permission is an infringement of C4Cat's rights.
8. Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, users may not, without C4Cat's prior written consent, do any of the following (whether for profit or not).
(a) copy, reproduce, de-compile, disassemble, transmit and display the programs, manuals and other graphic and audio materials of C4Cat game software in whole or in part, or reverse engineer (reverse engineering) any feature or program of C4Cat game software
(b) rent or sell C4Cat games and/or use C4Cat games for any profit or nonprofit purposes
(c) modify or obscure service names, company logos, trademarks (or) copyright information, other intellectual property notices, etc. on C4Cat game programs, graphics, animations, packaging, manuals, etc.; and/or
(d) other violations of trademark laws, copyright laws, computer software protection regulations and related laws and regulations, and any applicable international treaties.
9. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts that violate the security of the Internet Service, including but not limited to
(a) violating the principle of good faith in any form, directly or indirectly by means of organizing, abetting, stealing, occupying, using, picking up, buying, reselling, etc., the rights and interests of accounts, characters, virtual currency, virtual goods, virtual props, etc., to which any third party has the right of use
(b) assisting others to infringe on the rights and interests of third parties in any positive or negative manner.
(c) users are prohibited from using C4Cat game services to engage in unrelated acts, including but not limited to
i. using the online service system for any illegal purpose and not directly related to the services or products provided by C4Cat games; including but not limited to trading accounts, characters, virtual currency, virtual props, virtual items, promoting gambling, illegal lotteries, etc.
ii. accessing or attempting to access any account, computer or network related to the relevant network services provided by C4Cat Games without the authorization of C4Cat Games.
iii. using the relevant network services provided by C4Cat Games to collect any other user's information in any way without authorization from C4Cat Games, including but not limited to the user's personally identifiable information and communication information
iv. download, install or use any other network service or product that has not been developed and officially released with the authorization of C4Cat Games
v. receive or download any material transmitted or illegally disseminated by other C4Cat Games users
vi. using the relevant network services provided by C4Cat Games for any acts that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet, including but not limited to transmitting in any way files containing computer viruses, destructive programs or any other software or programs that may adversely affect the normal operation of other people's computers or the Internet
vii. using the relevant network services provided by C4Cat games to transmit any harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar and obscene or any other illegal information materials.
viii. use the relevant network services provided by C4Cat Games to carry out any behavior that is detrimental to C4Cat Games.
ix. using the C4Cat game service system for any illegal acts such as money laundering, cashing out of prepaid cards, purchasing and selling illegally obtained virtual currency
x. to use the communication channels provided by the corresponding organizations to make negative publicity about C4Cat games and related services in public places in relation to the services, products and business inquiries of C4Cat games and business partners.

1. C4Cat reserves the right to determine the charging methods and fee standards for C4Cat games and C4Cat game services. C4Cat reserves the right to determine different charging methods and fee standards for C4Cat games and C4Cat game services at different stages, and C4Cat reserves the right to adjust the charging methods or fee standards from time to time as necessary. The specific charging methods and rates, including but not limited to the rates for C4Cat games, the right to use virtual items in the games and the specific rates for value-added services (if any), are promulgated by C4Cat in the App Store or other APP distribution channels, in-game prop mall, prop purchase interface and other game modules in a form commonly used in the online game industry. Users are obliged to read them carefully before making a choice. Once users choose to download C4Cat games with fees, purchase the right to use related virtual goods or accept related services, it means that they have fully understood and accepted the corresponding fees and tariff standards.

2. C4Cat reserves the right to create, add, modify value-added services and issue virtual currencies in the games as needed. The virtual currency is obtained by using legal tender, and once the legal tender is converted into virtual currency, it is considered to be used, and the virtual currency cannot be converted into legal tender; the virtual currency is used to purchase the right to use the relevant virtual items or receive the relevant value-added services. If the user purchases the right to use the virtual item or receives other value-added services as a fee item, C4Cat reserves the right to cancel the user's right to use the virtual item or stop providing the value-added services if the effective period of use of the virtual item or the effective period of service of the value-added services is exceeded (regardless of whether the user has actually used or enjoyed the services), or if the effective number of uses or services is exceeded. C4Cat shall have the right to cancel the user's right to use such virtual goods or stop providing value-added services.

1. The game virtual items (or "virtual items") include but are not limited to game characters, resources, props (including but not limited to weapons, mounts, pets, equipment, etc.), etc., the ownership of which belongs to C4Cat, and users can only use them in the game in accordance with the rules of the game in compliance with the laws and regulations.

2. If there is no special marking on the usage period of various virtual items in the game, the user is preset to continue using them after obtaining the usage right until the termination of the corresponding C4Cat game service; if there is a special marking on the usage period, the usage period is determined by the special marking period, and C4Cat has the right to withdraw the usage right at any time without notice to the user if the usage period exceeds the usage period (once the usage period is calculated, it will not be interrupted for any reason). C4Cat reserves the right to withdraw the right to use the service at any time without notice (the term of use will not be interrupted, suspended or restarted for any reason).

1. User account use and storage
(a) If a user account or password is found to be used illegally or abnormally, you shall promptly handle it in accordance with the treatment methods announced by the account service provider and have the right to promptly notify C4Cat to take measures to suspend the registration and use of the user account.
(b) If a user has not logged into the game for 1000 consecutive days, C4Cat has the right to delete the user account and any records of the user account in the game database (including but not limited to character, level, virtual items, virtual currency and other data information) from 24:00 on the day of the 1000th day, and the deleted data information cannot be restored.
2. If you choose to quickly log in to the game without registering your user account through "Quick Game", "Visitor" or other similar convenient modes ("Quick Mode") If you do not have a user account, if you uninstall, upgrade or reinstall C4Cat games, or if your terminal equipment (including the operating system) is damaged and C4Cat games cannot be started normally, all your game data in Quick Mode cannot be checked or restored. You will be responsible for any losses caused by this.

You understand and agree that you may not provide your registered account or other C4Cat-approved accounts to third parties for use in any way, including but not limited to transferring, renting, or borrowing them for use by third parties. Otherwise, you shall be responsible for any legal consequences and liabilities arising therefrom, and C4Cat shall have the right to take one or more of the measures specified in Article 13 of this Agreement, including but not limited to, with respect to your game account, and you shall be responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.

1. When C4Cat requires users to provide information related to their personal identity, it shall disclose its privacy protection policy and personal information utilization policy to users in a clear and visible manner in advance, and take necessary measures to protect the security of users' personal information.

C4Cat shall not provide, disclose or share with any third party the user's name, valid personal identification number, contact information, home address or other personally identifiable information in the user's registration data without the user's permission, except in the following cases.
(a) The user or the user's guardian authorizes C4Cat to disclose or use it.
(b) Where C4Cat is required by relevant laws to disclose it.
(c) Where C4Cat is required by a judicial or administrative authority based on legal procedures to provide it.
(d) When C4Cat files a lawsuit or arbitration against the user to protect its legal rights; and/or
(e) When C4Cat is legally required by the user's guardian to provide the user's personally identifiable information.
2. In addition to the aforementioned personal information, you agree and authorize C4Cat to collect other necessary information from you for security and user experience improvement purposes, but C4Cat may collect and use such information only for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.

1. C4Cat agrees to provide users with C4Cat game services via the Internet or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement.

2. In the course of using C4Cat's virtual currency, users have the right to request C4Cat to assist in retrieving the top-up records and transfer records of the virtual currency, and C4Cat has the right to request users to provide valid personal identification or relevant proof in the manner required by C4Cat that is consistent with their registered identity information, and C4Cat verifies that the valid personal identification or relevant proof provided by users is consistent with the registered identity information. If C4Cat verifies that the valid personal identity information or relevant proof provided by the user is consistent with the registered identity information, it shall assist in providing it. If the user does not provide valid personal identification information or relevant proof, or if the valid personal identification information provided by the user is inconsistent with the registered valid personal identification information, C4Cat has the right to reject any request from the user. The user shall bear all responsibilities for any losses caused to the user or other users as a result.

1. Users shall equip themselves with the necessary equipment for installing, using and running C4Cat games or using C4Cat game services, i.e. terminal equipment.
2. Users shall bear the costs of telecommunication and network usage related to this service for accessing the Internet.
3. comply with the provisions of this Agreement and other relevant rules and systems (including but not limited to the agreements, user rules, player regulations, game rules, game announcements and notices published and amended from time to time by C4Cat on its official website, the game's official website, official pages or in the game); comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (if the user is a user outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China). If the user is a user outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, he/she shall also comply with the laws and regulations of his/her country or region).
Users should fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your game account, including but not limited to any content posted by you and any consequence arising therefrom.
5. In addition to using C4Cat's game services in accordance with this Agreement, users may not engage in any acts that infringe C4Cat's intellectual property rights or interests, or any other acts that are detrimental to C4Cat's or other third parties' legal rights.
6. In using C4Cat game services, users should comply with the relevant laws and regulations of their home country or location, and respect local morals and customs. If your actions violate local laws and regulations or moral customs, you shall be independently liable for such violations.

1. Users shall bear their own responsibility for the content of the information they post. In particular, users shall not publish the following contents:
(a) dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or abetting crime
(b) insulting or defaming others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests
(c) promoting and abetting the use of plug-ins, self-service and Trojan horse-related content.
(d) posting any home page address or link that C4Cat reasonably determines to be inappropriate or that C4Cat does not approve of, such as software or files; and/or
(e) contains other content that is prohibited by law.
2. Users may not use C4Cat games, C4Cat game services or participate in C4Cat game activities through improper or other unfair means. Except as permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China or with C4Cat's prior written permission, users may not engage in the following acts.
(a) Delete copyright and other intellectual property information from the game software and its copies.
(b) reverse engineering, decompiling, reverse compiling or otherwise attempting to discover the software code (including but not limited to the original code of the software) for the game software.
(c) to scan, probe, and test the game software to detect, discover, and find any bugs or weaknesses that may exist therein
(d) to copy, modify, add, delete, hook up to or create any derivative works of the game software or the data released into any terminal memory during the operation of the software, the interaction data between the user side and the server side during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of the software, including but not limited to the use of plug-ins, plug-ins or non-legally authorized third party tools/services access to software and related systems.
(e) modify or falsify the instructions or data in the operation of the software, add, delete or change the functions or operational effects of the software, or use the software or methods used for the above purposes for operation or dissemination to the public, whether or not the above acts are for profit.
(f) Using C4Cat games and C4Cat game services through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, or systems that are not developed or authorized by C4Cat, or producing, distributing, or disseminating third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, or systems that are not developed or authorized by C4Cat.
(g) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, publishing, and setting up mirror websites, etc. of C4Cat's intellectual property rights or interests in the games.
(h) Establishing mirror websites for C4Cat games, or taking snapshots of web pages (contacts), or providing services identical to or similar to C4Cat game services to others by setting up servers, etc.
(i) Separate any part of C4Cat games for separate use or other use that is inconsistent with this Agreement.
(j) Use, modify or obscure the name, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of C4Cat Games; and/or
(k) other conduct not expressly authorized in writing by C4Cat.

Users shall not interfere with C4Cat's normal provision of software and services, including but not limited to: attacking, hacking or overloading C4Cat's web servers; cracking, modifying C4Cat's game software programs provided by C4Cat; attacking, hacking or overloading C4Cat's game servers/game server side programs; creating, distributing, transmitting or using any (including but not limited to "plug-ins", which refers to all programs independent of the game software that can affect the operation of the game while it is running, including but not limited to (including but not limited to all types of programs that simulate user operation, change operation environment, modify data, forge equipment information, forge IP information, etc.). Users shall not: use loopholes and bugs in the program to disrupt the normal operation of the game or spread such loopholes or bugs; unreasonably interfere with or prevent others from using the software and services provided by C4Cat; use C4Cat's software in an abnormal or illegal manner (including but not limited to using C4Cat's game software to log in to game services); use abnormal methods to log in to the game (including but not limited to using software or systems of third parties that are not developed, authorized or approved by C4Cat to register games), using plug-in software such as network gas pedals or robot programs, etc. to maliciously damage service facilities and disrupt normal service order; modifying, translating, explaining, organizing, compiling or interpreting C4Cat game software; using technical defects or loopholes that may exist in this software or online game systems to The user agrees to use the C4Cat game program to make profits for himself/herself and others in various forms (including but not limited to copying game simulation items, etc.) or to engage in other improper acts, etc.

Users agree to use the monitoring data in the C4Cat game program and in-game performance as the basis for determining whether or not users have engaged in game cheating through the use of plug-ins or other methods.

1. C4Cat Game Services are provided to you "as is" and C4Cat does not warrant that the C4Cat Game Services will be error-free and uninterrupted, that all defects have been corrected, or that the C4Cat Game Services will be free from viruses or any other damages; except as expressly provided by law, C4Cat hereby expressly disclaims C4Cat hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement with respect to the C4Cat Game Services.
2. In no event shall C4Cat be liable for any damages you may suffer in the course of using C4Cat's gaming services due to force majeure. Such force majeure events include, but are not limited to, laws, regulations, policy orders or other unpredictable, unavoidable and insurmountable events such as earthquakes, floods, snowstorms, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc.
3. C4Cat may change, terminate, or suspend your use of any C4Cat game service at any time at its sole discretion without giving you any advance notice, except as required by law or regulation or by agreement with C4Cat. If C4Cat terminates or suspends your use of any C4Cat game services in accordance with the relevant regulations because your actions violate the provisions of laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement, C4Cat shall not be liable to you and shall have the right to hold you liable accordingly.
4. C4Cat games may have abnormalities in your account data such as game characters, game props, game equipment and game coins due to game software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks or any other factors. Until the cause of the data abnormality is identified, C4Cat has the right to temporarily freeze the game account. If the data abnormality is identified as an abnormal game behavior, C4Cat has the right to restore the game account data to its original state before the abnormality occurred (including but not limited to recovering the transferred data from third parties), and C4Cat shall not be liable to you in any way.
C4Cat does not authorize you to obtain game accounts, game props, game equipment, game coins, etc. from any third party through purchase, gift or other means, and C4Cat is not responsible for third party transactions and will not accept any complaints arising from disputes over third party transactions.
6. You fully understand that the advertisements, links or other forms of promotional content placed in C4Cat games by third parties are provided by them, and you should judge their authenticity by yourself, and C4Cat does not make any express or implied guarantee for their promotional content.
7. You fully understand that there is an objective situation that different operating systems (e.g. Android, Apple iOS) do not interoperate with each other, which is not caused by C4Cat, and this may result in your top-up and game data in one operating system not being transferred to another operating system. You shall bear the risk of loss of top-ups and game data caused by switching between systems, and C4Cat shall not be held responsible for such loss.
8. You fully understand that C4Cat may set up a compulsory battle area or game play, and if you do not agree to the compulsory battle, please do not enter the game or game play area; by entering, you will be deemed to agree to the game play and accept the corresponding consequences.

1. Suspension and termination of services for users
(a) C4Cat reserves the right to immediately terminate the services provided to users who publish illegal information, seriously violate public order and morality, or otherwise violate the prohibitions of the law.
(b) C4Cat reserves the right to terminate services to users who engage in misconduct while receiving C4Cat services. C4Cat shall not terminate the service to the user unless the specific circumstances of the misconduct are explicitly stated in this Agreement or are prohibited acts that C4Cat has expressly notified in advance that the service should be terminated.
(c) C4Cat shall bear the burden of proof if C4Cat suspends or terminates the provision of services to users in part or in whole in accordance with the agreements in paragraphs a and b of this paragraph.
2. Interruption, suspension and termination of game server operation
(d) For the normal operation of the game servers, C4Cat needs to regularly shut down the game servers for maintenance or emergency shutdown for maintenance in case of emergencies; please understand that C4Cat will do its best to limit the interruption time to the shortest possible time if normal services are interrupted or suspended due to the above circumstances.

C4Cat reserves the right to terminate or interrupt all or part of the services provided by the game server in the event of any of the following circumstances, and C4Cat shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any inconvenience or damage arising therefrom.
i. regular inspection or construction, updating of software and hardware, etc. C4Cat has the right to suspend the service, but C4Cat will complete the maintenance and updating work as soon as possible

iii. sudden software, hardware equipment and electronic communication equipment failure.

vi. for reasons of third party or other force majeure circumstances.
(e) C4Cat reserves the right to terminate the provision of C4Cat game services in whole or in part if it deems necessary, and will announce the termination 60 days in advance. Regardless of the reason for termination of C4Cat game services, users shall take corresponding measures to handle game virtual goods on their own, including but not limited to canceling or stopping the use of user accounts, game virtual goods and other related matters. Users shall not require C4Cat to assume any form of compensation or indemnity for termination of C4Cat's game services other than the virtual currency purchased but not yet used by users, including but not limited to compensation for no longer being able to use user accounts, virtual game items, etc.
3. User cancellation or cessation of account use
(a) If C4Cat provides the game account deletion function, if you need to delete your game account, you can follow the official account deletion guidelines provided by the game, and you should ensure that you meet the relevant conditions and rules for game account deletion announced by the game officials. Once you delete your game account, C4Cat has the right to delete the relevant game data under the game account, including but not limited to account information, personal ID information, transaction records, and account rights.
(b) If you have not logged into the game for 1000 consecutive days, C4Cat has the right to delete the user account and any records in the game database (including but not limited to character, level, virtual items, virtual currency, etc.) from 24:00 on the day of the 1000th day, and the deleted data and information cannot be restored.

Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, if you violate the provisions of this Agreement, you may be subject to one or more of the following penalties:

1. Warning: A warning is only an educational orientation for a player who violates the rules of the game, it is used as a way to properly manage the operation of the game.
2. Banning: closing some or all of the offending player's chat channels and forcibly suspending the online conversation function of the player's user account, making it impossible for the player's user account to talk to other players until the penalty expires or is lifted.
3. Temporarily freeze part or all of the in-game functions: Restrict the offending player's game character and limit his partial game operation until the penalty expires or is cancelled.
4. Permanently freeze some or all in-game functions: Restrict the offending player's in-game character and restrict his partial in-game operations, and will not be lifted or released permanently.
5. Temporary ban: The offending player's user account will be temporarily prevented from accessing one or more games provided by C4Cat for a certain period of time until the penalty expires or is lifted.
6. Permanent ban: The offending player's user account will be permanently banned from accessing C4Cat's game services.
7. Forced offline: Forcing the offending player to leave the game and ending the execution of the player's current game program.
8. Suspend Account: Suspend or permanently stop the offending player's game account from accessing C4Cat game services.
9. Delete files: Delete the offending player's character files in the game world and do not allow the character to appear in the game world again.
10. Assume legal responsibility: If the player's misconduct causes damage to others or C4Cat or is contrary to existing laws, the offending player will assume civil, administrative, or criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.
11. Disband the organization: Disband the organization established by the player in the game.
12. Modify intimation: Compulsory modification of the name of the player's game character or team, etc.
13. Temporary restriction of game behavior: the user account of the offending player will be restricted from using some or all game services for a certain period of time.
Other punitive measures: including but not limited to confiscation of improper benefits (such as game virtual items obtained by players through improper channels, etc.), deduction of values (including but not limited to experience values, etc.), deletion of community posts, masking of community accounts, suspension, interruption or termination of services, etc.


C4Cat advocates that players be responsible for their own words and actions and respect others. If a player commits any of the following acts under this Article, he or she will be punished in accordance with the provisions of this Article.

6. If the situation is serious, C4Cat reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the user.
10. Promoting or posting illegal information that seriously violates the public order and morality: In the game, any words or actions that violate the law or violate the moral and civilized standards of society, including but not limited to promoting or participating in gambling, promoting cults, etc., will subject the player to one or more of the following penalties: warning; banning; mandatory offline; temporary freezing of some or all in-game functions; permanent freezing of some or all in-game functions; temporary ban from logging in. C4Cat shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure. Force majeure as referred to in this Agreement includes natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations or governmental directives, causes specific to the characteristics of network services, such as failures of domestic or foreign basic telecommunications carriers, computer, terminal equipment or Internet-related technical defects, Internet coverage restrictions, computer terminal equipment viruses, hacker attacks, and other objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome within the scope of lawfulness. circumstances.

C4Cat reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement as necessary and will notify you on the relevant pages. Users may review the latest version of the Agreement on the official C4Cat website and/or the official C4Cat Games website, and are encouraged to check the content regularly. If you continue to log in to the game or use the services covered by this Agreement after the terms and conditions have been changed, you are deemed to have accepted the changed Agreement; if you do not accept the changed Agreement, you should stop using C4Cat game services.

The headings of all terms and conditions of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no meaning in themselves and shall not be relied upon in interpreting the meaning of this Agreement and the related terms and conditions.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

C4Cat's failure to exercise, failure to exercise in a timely manner, or failure to exercise fully its rights under this Agreement or under the law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights and shall not affect C4Cat's exercise of such rights in the future.

C4Cat reserves the right to modify, add to, delete, or update this Agreement.
