The Game may include online features such as in-game leaderboards. Additional online features, such as multiplayer and Steam Workshop for downloading and uploading beatmaps, may be added in the future. Inappropriate conduct in chats and the submission of inappropriate beatmaps to the Steam Workshop are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized redistribution of the Game is strictly prohibited. Anyone found distributing the Game without authorization will be asked to remove it immediately. Failure to comply may result in legal action under the game's DMCA protection.

Daztrax Studios may release updates and patches for the Game. It is your responsibility to ensure that your version of the Game matches the current version available on Steam.

The Game is provided "as is," and Daztrax Studios makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Daztrax Studios does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event shall Daztrax Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.
