BLADE OF DARKNESS – END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
Last update: October 7th, 2021

Thank you for your interest in Blade of Darkness! This document talks about a few details which we think are important for you to be aware of. Yes, it’s a legally binding text, but as you will see, we really stripped it down to the essentials.

1. Agreement. This agreement is between you and SNEG Ltd. registered at Office 409b, 182-184 High Street North, E6 2JA, London, United Kingdom. It has legal force and binding power. We may update this agreement in the future.
2. Crash Reports. The game is using a third-party service for the purpose of collecting crash dumps and logs strictly related and generated by the game, so we could better understand the nature of issues you might encounter. Such crash reports are generated automatically on your computer in the event of a game's crash and then sent to the third-party’s database once you start the game next time. The reports don’t contain any personally identifiable information nor information about your machine aside from your OS name and its version. Here you can see an example of such a report. Our current choice of software is ‘Sentry’.
3. Patches and changes. We may update Blade of Darkness which then will result in mandatory updates for the game. This could also lead to the adjustment of system requirements. Such changes and updates may happen without notice or liability to you.
4. Legacy version. Blade of Darkness is provided with a copy of the legacy (2001) version of the game as a bonus content. Such legacy version has limited compatibility with modern operating systems and provided on ‘as is’ basis without warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and availability. We may revoke access to the legacy version at any time.
5. Digital Distribution Platform Agreement. For any other legal matters please refer to the current edition of the respective Digital Distribution Platform Agreement (i.e. Steam’s Subscriber Agreement, GOG User Agreement, etc.).
