TERMS OF SERVICE

Present Terms of Service cover the use of the World of Shooting software (hereinafter “World of Shooting”, “software”) developed by Noble Empire Corp. (hereinafter “Noble Empire”, “developer”). To use the software, you should agree to its Terms of Service.

UNLOCKS, HIGH SCORES AND RECORDS

All World of Shooting user accounts are stored at Noble Empire's servers. You can install and uninstall World of Shooting freely, or install it across several computers, with all gameplay progress, unlocked content, leaderboard scores, and achievements remaining persistent and synchronized.

World of Shooting keeps and updates personal, global and local leaderboards. All newly submitted scores are verified on the server side using dedicated algorithms, and may be de-listed for suspected cheating. This is done in order to ensure fair competition across all World of Shooting game modes.

All new high scores that were deemed to be corrupted or invalid by our servers are blocked from being listed. This may happen, for example, if our server detects the use of control aids or automation software during a stage. In rare cases, the failure to list a high score may be the result of data corruption caused by a faulty internet connection. In all such cases, Noble Empire won't be held liable for any resulting invonvenience, and is not obligated to re-evaluate any rejected high scores.

Noble Empire will record, process, and store a limited amount of user-related information, such as emails, IP addresses, user's hardware configuration, and game progress data. This is outlined in the Privacy Policy accessible within World of Shooting. To use the software, you should agree to its Privacy Policy.

POLICY TOWARDS INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

Your account (which consists of unlocked content, high scores, achievements, friends list, settings, screen name, associated email, etc.) will never be deleted for inactivity — if at least ONE of the following criteria is met:

* You completed at least one in-app purchase.
* You bought at least one World of Shooting Pack (DLC).
* You listed 50 or more hours of playtime in World of Shooting.
* You launched the software at least once in the last 8 months.
* You have unlocked 20 or more weapons.
* You are subscribed to our newsletter.

Noble Empire reserves the right to delete inactive accounts that have failed to meet any of the listed criteria.

Noble Empire also reserves the right to alter, suspend, or delete accounts that have been found to gravely violate these Terms of Service.

EDUCATIONAL USE AND BROADCASTING

You may use World of Shooting for purposes falling under the general description of Fair Use, with the provision that you clearly and consistently credit the software and its developer in your derivative work or learning material, AND provide a link to the software in any electronic or printed media that is part of such works or materials..

You may not use the World of Shooting software, or any video recordings of its gameplay, for the purposes of broadcasting (e. g. in TV programs or at public events), without first obtaining written permission from Noble Empire — except the use in content directly connected with, or reporting on, the World of Shooting software and its developer.

You may not use the World of Shooting software as a substantial part of for-profit educational services (e. g. as a training aid or evaluation tool) provided by you or your employer, without first obtaining written permission from Noble Empire.

WORKSHOP AND WORKSHOP CONTENT

World of Shooting has a Workshop, where users can create their own stages and sets (in conventional terms: game levels and mini-campaigns comprised of levels) locally. At their discretion, they can also upload their sets to Noble Empire's servers. The uploaded stages and sets can be accessed, downloaded, and played by other World of Shooting users.

Noble Empire is not obligated to store, distribute, or keep distributing copies of any user-generated Workshop content, and reserves the right to remove Workshop content for any reason. You can delete the sets you've uploaded from Noble Empire servers at any time. If you do so, Noble Empire will no longer publicly distribute these sets, but the users who already downloaded your sets and stages may still store and use them locally.

Publicly uploaded Workshop sets and stages are provided to users for free. Noble Empire does not give users the power to charge money for user-generated Workshop content, publicly or privately.

By importing or otherwise adding assets, including models or textures, into the Workshop, and then uploading sets containing these assets to our servers, you warrant that you have sufficient rights to use these assets or any intellectual property they contain, as well as to grant Noble Empire the license to distribute them publicly.

Should any authorship dispute arise, you warrant that the sets and stages you have uploaded have been created by you, or by you and other contributors (and that you have the right to submit said content on their behalf).

ABUSE AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

When selecting your screen name or interacting with other players or support staff, you agree not to use any abusive, defamatory, ethnically, racially or ideologically offensive, obscene, sexually explicit or threatening language, as well as abstract calls to violence, graphic depictions of violence, atrocities apology, dog whistles, and any verbal abuse targeting minors. That includes alternate spelling or partial masking of such words and statements. You also agree not to upload any visual, audio, or written content that violates the above rule to software's Discord and Steam communities.

You may not attempt to play World of Shooting using servers not affiliated with Noble Empire. You may not attempt to intercept, decipher, hack, or reverse-engineer transmissions to or from Noble Empire servers, or attempt to scan or breach their security, nor will you try to create or use any add-ons or tools to gain advantage in the game. You may not market, advertise, or sell World of Shooting accounts.

Consistent disruptive behavior associated with an account may result in pre-emptive measures from the Noble Empire staff, the nature of which will be decided on a case-to-case basis. Such behavior may include repeated attempts at cheating, attempts to compromise the security of our servers, spamming using World of Shooting social functions, on the World of Shooting Discord, or in World of Shooting Steam Community/Workshop groups, insulting and harassing other known players on Steam communities and forums, etc.
