In these terms of service, Indigoblue UG outlines how you can access and use our game, Mini Royale. Indigoblue UG is a company located in Hamburg, Germany.

Content that is virtual. A license to access Virtual Content is all you get when you purchase, earn, or are gifted Virtual Content. Any Virtual Content you unlock is not yours, and you cannot transfer it. You cannot redeem Virtual Content for any type of "real world" money, and Virtual Content has no monetary value.

The refund policy. Your right to change your mind, cancel the order, and get a refund is lost if you receive immediate access to or download your digital content. There are some exceptions to this rule, but we have a strict refund policy.

User Rules. You agree to follow our User Rules. These rules govern both in-game behavior and certain out-of-game conduct while playing Mini Royale.

We do not provide age-appropriate game ratings yet, since this game is under alpha development. You should also supervise your child's online activities, review the content they are accessing, and monitor their social interactions, as appropriate.




Can my account be suspended or terminated? (If you break the rules, you will face Demacian Justice!)

We may terminate or suspend your account without notice if we determine that it is being misused (including the User Rules);

We can make such determinations using automated systems and machine learning tools, or by using other methods we think are appropriate. Please Contact Us with details if you believe we made a mistake, and we will review your case. We may suspend your account during our review.

When we terminate your account, what happens? (You will lose access to any purchases, including Game Currency and Virtual Goods.)

Once your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to your account, including any associated data or Virtual Content. If we terminate your account for a legitimate reason

No refunds will be given and no liability will be incurred by us;






Mini Royales' intellectual property, including any computer code or Virtual Content, may not be sold, copied, exchanged, lent, reverse engineered, decompiled, derived source code from, translated, leased, granted a security interest in, transferred, published, assigned or otherwise distributed, unless otherwise expressly permitted by us in a signed written contract.

Is Mini Royale's intellectual property mine to use? (We reserve all rights to our IP, but allow for some personal, non-commercial uses, such as fan art.)

Additionally, you agree that you may never use any of our trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, taglines, or trade dress, unless we grant you a license in writing signed by us. You may be subject to severe civil and/or criminal penalties if you reproduce, redistribute, or modify Mini Royales` services in violation of our terms.




Virtual Content: What Is It? (Virtual content includes game currency and virtual goods, such as skins, emotes, and accessories).

Our Services may offer you the opportunity to acquire a limited license to access virtual goods like skins, emotes, etc., associated with your account ("Virtual Goods") and in-game currency ("Game Currency") (collectively, "Virtual Content").

Unless otherwise specified, Game Currency can only be used for Mini Royale.

What is the process for getting a "license" to access Virtual Content? You can buy it, earn it, or receive it.

In order to access Game Currency or Virtual Content, we may offer you various options, including:

purchasing it in our shop (e.g., with steam currency);

Achieving it (for example, by completing game missions);

Is the Virtual Content I unlock mine? (No. What you "unlock" is not the virtual good itself, but a limited license to access it.)

No matter how you gained access to Virtual Content, you do not own it or have any other property interest in it. Virtual Content does not have a monetary value. Virtual Content cannot be transferred or redeemed for "real world" money (unless we support it). A license to access Virtual Content cannot be refunded, except as expressly permitted by us.

My Virtual Content does not belong to me? NO!

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to use Virtual Content only in connection with your use of the Mini Royale game application when you obtain Virtual Content from us.

In spite of anything to the contrary in these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you will not own or have any other property interest in your account, and that all rights to your account are and shall forever be owned by IndigoBlue UG. Further, you acknowledge and agree that you have no title, ownership, or other proprietary interest in any Virtual Content, regardless of any consideration offered or paid. Furthermore, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to the extent these Terms say otherwise, IndigoBlue UG will not be liable in any manner for the destruction, deletion, modification, impairment, hacking, or any other damage or loss caused to Virtual Content, including the deletion of Virtual Content upon termination of your account or our reasonable changes to our terms and services.

Is my Virtual Content always available? In some cases, yes. (Not always, though.)

We reserve the right to delete, alter, move, remove, re-package, re-price, or transfer any or all Game Content, including Virtual Content, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you, in an effort to continually improve Mini Royale, and keep it safe, fun, and secure. In order to improve our game or for regulatory or legal reasons, your Virtual Goods may (and probably will) evolve over time. We will provide you with a replacement Virtual Good if we decide to retire certain Virtual Goods that you recently purchased. Your Game Currency won't be deleted without notice. Occasionally, we might change Game Currency's purchasing power (for example, we might increase the number of Game Currency needed to purchase Virtual Goods, such as skins). If we plan to make changes that will significantly impact your Game Currency in a negative way, we will provide you with notice (such as through posts on our website or game). The data residing on servers we operate or control, including any Game Content or Virtual Content associated with your account, is not guaranteed or provided by us and we expressly disclaim any value, cash or otherwise. You may only sell or transfer your right to access certain Game Content or Virtual Content via services approved or provided by us.




When playing Mini Royale, can I troll, flame, threaten or harass people? (No. We might ban your account if you do this.)



You must comply with all laws, rules, and regulations in your and Germany`s jurisdiction when playing Mini Royale. Additionally, you must comply with the acceptable use and behavioral policies that we publish from time to time on our websites, apps, and games, as well as the behavioral rules below (collectively, "User Rules"). The User Rules posted to our websites, apps and games or set out in this Section are not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to modify them, as well as taking appropriate disciplinary measures including temporary bans, account suspension or termination and deletion to protect the integrity and spirit of the IndigoBlue policy, regardless of whether a specific behavior is listed as inappropriate in the User Rules.

Here are some examples of behavior that warrants disciplinary action:

Communicating in any way that appears to originate from Mini Royales admins, moderators, including impersonating an employee of the IndigoBlue UG;

Posting identifying information about yourself, IndigoBlue UG employees, or other players;

Other players or IndigoBlue UG employees are harassed, stalked, or threatened;

Removing, altering, or concealing any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights notice from our Services. Furthermore, you may not transmit content that violates or infringes the rights of others, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, publicity rights, personal rights, etc;

Communicate any content that we reasonably believe is offensive to players, including language that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable;

Content that contains viruses, corrupted data, trojan horses, bots, keystroke loggers, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that have the intent, or actually do, of damaging, detrimentally interfering with, surreptitiously intercepting or mining, scraping, or expropriating any system, data, or personal information;

Bypassing, removing, deactivating, impairing, descrambling, or otherwise circumventing any technological measure implemented by us or any third party to protect or control access to our Services;

Using repeated postings as a means of spamming chat, whether for personal or commercial reasons;

Engaging in any action that may or may not defraud another player, including scamming or social engineering;

In any way, interacting with our Services with unauthorized third party programs, including mods, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, trainers and automation programs, is prohibited. Any unauthorized third party program intercepts, emulates, or redirects any communication related to the our Service, as well as any unauthorized third party program that reads the memory used by the our Services in order to collect information about our Services;

Inaccurately accessing or attempting to access areas of our Services that are not accessible to the public;

Selecting an account or user name that falsely indicates an affiliation with IndigoBlue UG, contains personal information, or is offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. In user names, such as misspellings or alternative spellings are not permitted. If we believe that your name violates this provision, it may modify your name without notifying you, and may take further disciplinary measures, including terminating your account;

Breaching the User Rules or these Terms by inducing or encouraging others to do so;

Using our Services for any business purpose without our express written consent or after we ask you to stop.
