By downloading and using the app Nordicandia you agree to have read the following terms carefully before using the application. The application itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Iterative Studios AB. Violation of the terms of Service may suspend your account or device from using the app or it's related services.
You’re not allowed to:
Iterative Studios is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
In the event that any information or data (including without limitation in respect of in-game characters, achievements, Virtual Items, Virtual Currency or general gameplay) relating to you or your use of the app held by Iterative Studios or any third-party on behalf of Iterative Studios is lost, corrupted or otherwise no longer reasonably available or accessible as judged by Iterative Studios in our sole discretion, you agree that to the greatest extent permissible at law we will have no liability to you of any nature relating to any such information or data.
The Nordicandia application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your computer and access to the application secure.
You agree to fully indemnify Iterative Studios for any loss or damage it may suffer in contract, tort, equity, statute, regulation or otherwise, including without limitation any economic loss, loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill, whether direct or consequential as a result of your breach of the License and your use or any third-party use of any Gameplay Content created by you including, in respect of any third-party claims against Iterative Studios, related parties, employees, contractors or agents.
With respect to Iterative Studios responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Iterative Studios accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Steam – the requirements for this platform (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Iterative Studios does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the operating system version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

- Adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, publish or create derivative works from any part of the app other than in accordance with the License.
- Modify or adapt (including through third parties and third-party tools) the game client, game state or its data.
- Connect to the online servers through any software other than the official game application.
- Reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble the app or seek to establish the technical processes, operations and communication protocols of the app through any means, including without limitation by reference to the input or output of the app or the internal structure and workings of the app.
- Use any automated software or bots in relation to your access or use of the application.
- Use multiple devices to try and gain access to your account simultaneously.
