Nacon, in its capacity as data controller, with a registered office at 396-466 Rue de la Voyette -CRT2 59273 Fretin (France) and its subsidiaries (hereinafter “We/Our” or “Nacon”), take the protection and respect of your privacy very seriously. We do our utmost to comply with all applicable laws in terms of confidential data protection and security. Nacon’s privacy policy, and any additional requirement applicable relating to the services you use (hereinafter the “Privacy policy”), spells out Our privacy practices with a view to obtaining, using and protecting your personal information on the websites, devices, applications or any service provided by Nacon (hereinafter the “Service(s)”), online or offline, as well as any person with whom WE may share the information collected.

  • Information on the device, such as the model of the device, serial number, the version and type of your operating system, IP address, MAC address and other unique identifiers of the device.
  • Data relating to the gameplay and online Service, including in particular your score, your statistics, the number of single-player games and any other data relating to how you use the online Service.

  • To complete the registration process of the Chef Life - A restaurant simulator account or the device;

Sensitive personal information

Nacon will never ask you to provide sensitive personal information, such as information about your health, political views, religious beliefs, criminal record, sexual orientation, sex life, behaviour or genetic background. Therefore do not volunteer this type of information.

Changes to Nacon’s privacy policy

We may make regular changes to Our privacy policy. We recommend that you check the privacy policy displayed on Our websites regularly. Accessing or using Our services after the privacy policy has been updated will be considered by Nacon an acceptance of the terms of the privacy policy, including its updates.
