The only Dark Elf (Dunmer) in the College is Brelyna Maryon. She is already marriageable in the vanilla game. No need for this mod.

If you have subscribed and the mod doesn't show up in the Data folder, then you can download the mod from my website (see description above). Unpack the zip-file and copy the esp- and bsa-files to the Data folder (or use a mod manager).

I fixed my problem by uninstalling a house mod... I have absolutely no idea why that mod would be incompatible, but it seemed to glitch alot of other mods as well. Got it working and loving the mod!

Could be many reasons. Have you talked to Maramal, are you wearing an amulet of Mara?Could also be Skyrim's Radiant AI System! See also my mod "The Marriage Book".

Wouldn't marrying Gabriella cause some issues because she dies during the 'Death Incarnate' quest.

Probably Skyrim's Radiant AI system that randomly prevents you from marrying a certain NPC. You're turned down. Also, Karliah, Delphine and Serana are the most problematic NPCs to marry.

No, I haven't, but I know there is such a mod around (I think on the Nexus) where you can marry a max of 50 NPCs. And if you own all the buyable houses in Skyrim you can even have more the herim.
