It's weird because this Workshop page show some pictures wih facial flexes, but it's totally bugged ingame when the Heavy start talking or taunting.

I read your profile description page that you don't want to make new items for this game or new collabs but fixing that one will probably doesn't require too much work in your end.

And it's not unusual to see some "workshoppers" sending a couple of fixes from time to time to correct issues and Valve usually implement them quickly.

This beard is one of the best Heavy beard currently available ingame in my opinion, and the fact it's actually broken don't do justice to your work.

Please make this happens. I can tell many people here will appreciate that !

@adam the facial rigs are broken because clientside flexes currently are inverted.
this also means that if you wear a flexed item, any other player wearing it will also appear to have the same issue.
