You need the More Beautification mod to place props. When using it, you can find this prop under the "park bench" tab. Though the easiest way to find this prop and many others is using the Find It! mod.

So, where do you find it n game? Actually, can't find several "prop" aircraft assets. New to this game (although long time SimCity player) and find so much awesome stuff but little instruction on how to use it or find it. Anyway, where are my aircraft??
