Hey! If I recall correctly, I made the hill in Blender. It's a super easy free modelling software.

Hello there! I was wondering, how did you create the hill itself? I mean, once you have the texture, how do you lift it?

The ground texture for the hill I found online; I pretty much just typed in 'fields battle map' or 'hill battle map' or something into Google images, and there it was!

Where did you get the ground texture? Made it yourself? Looks splendid!
