Unfortunately (and perhaps obviously), this does not work with mods that replace this car model, even when loading this mod above it.

Please read the description. I did not modify the car's body texture at all. The texture is actually solid white, and every time an Alarm Car spawns, the game gives it a random reddish, orange or brown tint, and anywhere inbetween.
I reloaded the map between the Before and After screenshots, and the new cars I spawned ended up being darker. Nothing I can control.
