Why can't we build a Nuclear reactor?

Does the instant building ability apply to AI nations, i have never seen a soviet union with 2.56k factories...

The mod has been updated to 1.11 Barbarossa and will work until the next major DLC drop. I have added the new buildings, supply hubs and railways, so that they are instant as well. If there are any issues with the new buildings let me know!

It changes the values of the building themselves in the code so it does affect the ai as well. Your mileage may vary on whether or not the ai will take advantage of it as well as you do. If you want it to just affect you instead of this mod open the console and type "IC" to activate instant construction cheat for only yourself. And it does work with road to 56 as far as I know, although if R56 has any new buildings they will not be affected.

Yes, It does work with millenium dawn, although if there was any custom buildings in the mod it would not change those buildings.

The mod does work with AI, as it changes the base value of the building for everyone, not just the player. However, the AI is not always the best at using it to their advantage compared to the player.

The mod also applies to the AI, as it changes the base cost of the buildings. However, while the AI will pump out more buildings than usual, they should not have the foresight to use it as well as the player.

The mod does affect AI, although they don't know to take advantage of this by maxing out everything they can like the player does.
