I don't really plan on adding mods that are in the collection but not from me, as it'd need me to ask each creators's permission, and I don't really want to keep track of all of them etc etc. I also don't really want to myself make / import more of them. Sorry!
I didn't mean much when I said an update.
I just hoped that this mod updates to contain the sail content as the same collection it was based on.
Why? Do specify.
If you simply hope for more content, then specify what you hope for. Not that I can speak for the author here. They may or may not grant your wish.
Or are you experiencing a problem? If so, trigger the problem then exit Starbound.
Go to \starbound\storage\ and retrieve the contents of starbound.log.
Copy those contents unto Pastebin and leave the link here.
that's the spritesheet I got in there 🤷
It keeps giving me some random character that looks like Sonic Forces' custom character example
OMAE WA MOU SHINDEIRU
(Thanks for answering those questions, Loial!
but well, maybe someone sometime could fix that problem, especially when we keep talking about it, someone with experience in this might see that people want it lol
BUT, is there a way to make the custom AI be the speaker for quests, because for example when i go on with the "getting started" quest, it still shows the old AI, which i exchanged
so...
does this mod only change what i see on the SAIL monitor? or is there a way to set it for quests too?
-Go the S.A.I.L. computer on your ship (it is just outside the cockpit, the first room of your ship).
-Hit "E" while your cursor is over the S.A.I.L. computer, and your S.A.I.L. interface will pop-up.
-In the top right corner of the interface there will be a wrench icon.
-Click the wrench icon and there will be 3 options. Choose the bottom option "Open A.I. chip crafting." ....and a list of chips will pop-up with all of the different S.A.I.L. character A.I. mods that you have subscribed to.
-Once the chip is crafted then close the menu.
-Go back into the S.A.I.L. interface and choose the option for "Open A.I. chip slot.
-From there hit "I" on your keyboard to open your inventory. Grab your inventory interface and move it to the side of your screen. (The top bar of the inventory is grab-able so you can move your inventory on the screen (so it doesn't cover your character and other menus).
-Then hit the back button in the interface and your new A.I. character will be working whenever you activate your ship computer :-)

I'm posting it here because (amazingly enough) Steam doesn't subscribe mod authors to their own mod's "discussions" forum by default. You have to actually do this yourself for each one. That being the case, you don't necessarily get notified of new threads. You'll probably see this message though.
*Facepalm
Please read the description of this mod.
The second paragraph tells you where to find the crafting.
