Hello, I am trying to 1/4 scale objects for big playing areas, My question is it posible to create 1/4 scale citizens?

It will probably compete with other police offices with custom ones, my fav being men in greenish black that look like cops from teh 1950s with the highest triangle count but worth it.

There needs to be a way to save cims like these with a specific vehicle type. Wonder if works in the same fashion as adding a RICO file.
