@ Autism Chan - I've had a look at the asset in game - and I've had a look at the mesh and textures that make up the file. Aside from it being unoptimized, I don't see anything out of the ordinary here. I get no errors plopping it.

As long as you have all the requirements listed to use this asset, and are using it as a RICO residential ploppable with the mod, it should do its thing. It wasn't meant to be anything else.
