It really ought to be bumped up to requiring Elven Crafting. Vibranium/Adamantium (different comics give it a different composition) is HARD to work with. Especially with Tamriel's primitive forges.

make it as good as the best shield in vanilla but make 2 ersons that look the same but 1 is light and the other is heavy

But we could use the Capt. Armor add on. Also Storm's outfits. Spawn outfit could be lore friendly here. Even a QUEST Item with a but load of pain you get this armor.

I have another shield that is throw able Founf Breezway cave lots of trolls to help get block up once you have the sheild.
