This is so weird, I usually take a vanilla station and half or double the values, I dont know why some service buildings come up with these really low numbers

The upkeep is only $16, well below a quarter of the vanilla station. The upkeep value in the editor should be 6.25 times what the in-game upkeep, goodness knows why.

Thanks, it is quite possible that some of my allready released buildings are in fact from queens, cant say for sure, though my focus are w2w buildings.

Thats very well possible, it used to be a firestation but if you look at newer stretviewfootage, I think it is empty. Jeah just googled ladder 114, it is the building (fascade, I changed the shape a little bit)

Would be nice :P I really want to use it but just the upkeep being so low I feel it is cheating myself out easier :D (I play with the realistic pop mod etc etc so even harder lol)

Dont know, I took the vanilla and divided it by 3 or 4 I think, as this one is about 1/3 of the vanilla one.

is it intentional that the upkeep is so low? Surely it would cost more than $16 :P Perhaps increase to make it seem more realistic? Or did you have something else in mind and that is why it is so low? :P

This is gorgeous. I love the Brooklyn theme (and collect firehouses). I've had issues with the 'theme' mod crashing things, so I don't use it. Would you recommend using the RICO mod to place these buildings?
