and this ship design is just mindblowing...started building a new one from scratch very similar to this ship but almost twice the size, since i have alot of big sv's and hv's that i..."needed"...=_='

Once again I commend your builds Bubba, I seem to be only capable of building a bathtub with a fuel tank and a gun so quite frankly I truly appreciate your designs and the artistry you put into them. I will be honest I look for something asthetically pleasing and then modifly it for my purposes....I never repost since I don't want to steal someone elses hard work. I think people need to relax and just enjoy the effort of some designs. Stop nit picking on "PvP funciontality" and for goodness sake...."water in the wood planks boiling off?" REALLY? who ever said that needs to get a little less worried about technicality in video games...Great Designs Bubba, I am truly looking forward to your Carrier.

@wannaskiwin I thought bout that and might dabble in the idea of HV turrets. Did sumthin similar in space engineers before the massive amount of mods lol I'll keep y'all posted bout that idea

@nonsense I think in the future they will have the ability to make steel look like wood planks;)

@bubbajohn1500, Wood in space? Maaaaaan, water in the wood planks in space immideately boil and your "pretty wood planks" will shatter in pieces in seconds.

btw not like it matters but if you press f6 twoce u can remove hud. learned that one the hard way but i do love this ship!

why not hv turrets? i mean u can stick a shit load of HVs that can just be chafe and i think they still shoot when docked plus u can dock like 60 in the same spot sometimes depending on how the collision acts that day.

Both of those ideas are great to be honest. I have not thought of different power requirements for smaller turrets. And i can't build worth a crap so like i said, i am not trying to be disrespectful. It is just hard after playing a lot of pvp, and knowing what works, and what is useless, to be in a ship that would dies in seconds. But look wise, you nailed it man. I will keep a watchful eye out for your next creation.

Y'all good I'm not upset. But I'm not spreading my fuel out to 3 blocks. I can update it for the ammo but it's gunna be one block too ninjas. 2 things this game needs. Sheild and a better weapon max guide. If love to see big turrets pull lots of power and small ones pull very little power to equal out the max weapon list. This ship was designed to be a pretty guys. I wanted to show off the wood planks and make her seem majestic. I got no beef with no one just try to be polite critics. No one like an ass

Bubba, i honestly mean no disrespect. You did a awesome job. It looks great. But it is extremely fragile. And i always go above the weapon limits. I have to go in creative and mark where the guns were, take them off, then put them back on the ship in the server. it's a pain in the behind, but with these retarded gun limits, what can one do.

You can test it yourself, use a gun and shoot at 1 ammo box and see what happens.

Still makes it a poor design, making a ship that looks like a old battlecruiser but also is functional, then it might be a reasonable design.

Not a very good design for the ammo boxes and the fuel tanks, to big of a risk they cause a chain explosion.
Also, having sentry guns in a ship you would never use for pvp is rather useless, just like most of the guns on this ship.

sills the deck guns are the straight forward firing space cannons. which are 1x1x6 i think so you can put them side by side or one space between them to make it look like at big turret
