hhhhhhh sweet heck how long has it been since I touched stellaris mods

I'll try to get most of my mods updated by next week - been quite busy with IRL and other games

It seems to work as intended as long as you have both of the requirements. When playing with friends, we constantly get a desync issue, but I currently have dozens of mods installed, so that probably isn't this one causing it. Especially as it is a Pop_modifier desync.

Thanks for this. Stellar energy is a mod I simply can't play Stellaris without, so the more compatibility that mod has, the better.
