Regarding the auto improve, is there a way to tell it which lab to upgrade to?
E.G I had a huge bio points, I needed physics labs but the edict kept upgrading the labs to bio.
@Jill: Novio Magnum 2 actually had downsized ships, but I had to redo the ship assets completely after the last big update and I chose to not spend a lot of time to reimplement that. It'd also requires me to overwrite a lot of extra Vanilla files.
After upgrading the capital to IV (which should be VI), a new build option appears to build a disassembled shelter or planetary administration, and I can no longer build the buildings that required the P.A until I construct a new one.
