Fellow Mac user here. Yeah .DS_Store files are vestigial files left over from the build on Mac.

It does nothing, it's just left over because I built the mod on a Mac. You can delete it if you want.

I think the current flashes of light on the arcade machines are broken. Some parts of light seem broken and loop in ways it probably shouldn't.

No, just the contents.pak should be necessary. It's likely that my Mac added in some hidden files that don't do anything for the mod.

This mod has other files than the contents.pak in it, do those files need to be installed on a server as well? I'm sorry if I'm dumb.

This mod doesn't change the Beautiful Attempt game or anything related to it. The mod was made before the update that added that game.

I recently noticed that "Beautiful Attempt! Machine" doesn't work for me.

I've tried that but doesn't work either. Any suggestions? Also, if possible, can you please add wiring points so I can turn all my arcade machineson/off at once, and make the playable arcade machines turn off and uninteractable while off? :D

Hi there! Great mod, really adds to my arcade/disco area on my ship! Although i have an on/off switch for the area, but arcade machines can't be switched off! The description says it can, is this a bug or deliberate? Thanks.

1.3 added a bizarre pseudo-dating sim. I found it in one of those mysterious swirls on the system map.

The vanilla game has Mazebound; this mod doesn't touch that one. It's possible that 1.3 added something new, but I don't know if that's true.

@Waffilnator There are multiple arcade machines with playable games, some can be very rare and some can be found just lying in the outpost.

Hmm, I don't know if it's intentionnal or not but some of the arcade machines have been cut off of their lower part... Bug or not?

Those arcade machines in the video still have the two-frame screen images that this mod replaces. So, actually, nothing's being changed there, and these sprites aren't being added.

It would take much ambition as well as know-how. But, maybe one day we'll see such.
I'm glad for even this, though. Little touches that improve immersion and/or enjoyment to the universe are always welcome.

main problem with playing is that it requires you to know not only lua, but also follow game's restrictions. Its possible, but will be way harder to add, than most of mods in workshop
