I am going to parrot the people saying the tears linger for too long, but I adore this item so, so much. It shouldn't really be a shot speed up imo but it's fantastic. I really do think it should have made it in the last booster pack ^-^

The video shows that they linger for a LONG time. Maybe half the time they linger?
After all, this ultra-powerful Linger AND a range up stat boost together is way too powerful.
Heck, the Linger on its lonesome is OverPowered.

@An Innocent Kitten | 675+, I know this a few months late but the item now gives you a range up instead of a range down. It also caps your range at 13.0 if you have it. This prevents making certain rooms impossible if you have low range (from Cricket's Body and/or Number One).

Now, even if you have number one, your tears still travel a bit :D

I love this item, but, in my opinion, the "linger" duration is way too long and I think that makes it a bit too good to be fair. Maybe halve it and it'll make more sense :)

Hey this could make an nteresting challenge, this item and nothing else, if you touch the tears that have stuck you get damaged

number one single handedly makes the tears hault in your face with its range down, and though it looks cool with bubble wrap, number one, lump of coal, and godhead, i came here to play isaac, not plague inc.
