@ Barry:
I have not purchased WH2, waiting for a big discount. And i have not updated this mod.
SausageSnacks 31 ott 2017, ore 23:39
will you port this mod for warhammer 2?
Shatilov 24 set 2017, ore 15:30
This is a very good mod, but it needs updating, cause it isnt working, even if i load it alone.
Jon 22 mag 2017, ore 20:22
so it's not compatible with steel faith?
Alex the Great 17 mar 2017, ore 9:40
@puipui
SFO is Steel faith Overhaul, my bad for not being specific. But ah yea SFO touches the stats of all units. :steamsad:
MOMO & YUNA  [autore] 17 mar 2017, ore 9:19
@ AlextheGreat: I don't know what SFO is, basically this mod should be compatible with any other mod that does not touch the units of Bretonia.
Alex the Great 16 mar 2017, ore 12:40
Hmmm, would this be compatible with SFO?

@ [KOR]ArangG : If i understand you correctly, "Better AI Source" that you mentioned is a MOD from someone else and it is conflicting with my MOD. If that is the case, then cannot fix the problem because i don't know Better AI MOD and i never used it, so i have no idea, and because i am new to modding so i doubt that i have the ability. My best suggestion for you would be, disable the other MODs in conflict or contact the other MOD's creator to look at it. I am sorry i cannot help.
[KOR]AranG 15 mar 2017, ore 6:17
This source collided with better ai source. Could you revise this problem?
MOMO & YUNA  [autore] 13 mar 2017, ore 8:32
@ [KOR]AranG: I know English is not your language (you are probably Korean, guessing from your name). But if you can explain more details, I might be able to help you find out the problem which i think it is from your side, because i am using it with my current Bretonian campaign without any problem, i just played it last night
[KOR]AranG 13 mar 2017, ore 7:23
The first mode works well, but suddenly it does not work. T.T
[KOR]AranG 13 mar 2017, ore 7:19
This mode is not applicable T.T

@ The God Emperor: Thank you for sharing.
PureH 9 mar 2017, ore 8:18
@The God Emperor of Mankind just had a look round and I found some simmilar stuff to that. I guess thats correct. from what id looked/ watched preivously it stated they where just called up to war but still cool.
The God Emperor of Mankind 8 mar 2017, ore 9:05
http://warhammerfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Men-at-Arms heres a quote During each midsummer, commoners from the surrounding lands would flock to their Lord's castle to present their sons in the hopes that they might have the fortunes of being a Men-at-Arms
The God Emperor of Mankind 8 mar 2017, ore 9:02
in the lore Men at arms and the like are not farmers ther kept by a lord every year the peasants send ther sons to ther lords estate hoping they will be trained he picks the best and arms them in his livery sorry that word is gona be misspelled so ya they wont take away from Peasant cap becouse ther not farmers to begin with but tw has never handled feudalism
MOMO & YUNA  [autore] 8 mar 2017, ore 7:35
@ PureH, it's very good that you pointed that out for all of us. It's very interesting to know because for me i have never read the lore before, this game is the only thing i know about Warhammer. I live in Asia so Warhammer is completely new to me. If what you mentioned is true, then i respect that because i like accuracy. May be in my next Bretonnia campaign i will try that.
PureH 7 mar 2017, ore 22:58
Idk I just wanted to point that out :P
PureH 7 mar 2017, ore 22:57
in the lore, ANYONE in bretonia who isn't a noble knight or whatever is a peasant. Men at arms, aren't trained soldeirs (well they have some basic training, but nothing major) there peasants who are called up to war basically. Yeoman does mean a man holding and cultivating a small estate (historicaly).
MOMO & YUNA  [autore] 5 mar 2017, ore 5:32
@ Greywulf, I have not tried that, because i have not looked into the file you mentioned, and because i was new to modding so i was pretty scared to touch anything i was not sure of. But since you are pointing me to the clue, i will take a look when i have time, and i will give it a try. In the mean time, you can try it if you have time and let us know the result. Please feel free to modify or use my file in conjuction to it to make it work. But since there are many people who are very good at modding in this community, I am sure in the near future someone will deliver a complete and far better MOD than what this one i have started.
Greywulf 4 mar 2017, ore 19:45
well if my tests are correct, method i stated will still give all units upkeep bonus, and not count them as peasants in the ui, but correct me if im wrong :)
Greywulf 4 mar 2017, ore 19:29
Have you tried removing peasant_economy_unit_set from the units you want to exclude counting as peasants in units_junctions_tables so it will show correct number of peasents in the ui in place of method you are using now? It may not give upkeep bonus of -10% to those units, but im not sure yet, going to test now, just wondering if you tried it yet.

@ Skillgannon, as i mentioned in the description above that this MOD works in the background while the numbers still show the over limit and the warning still telling you. But your farming income is not affected at all. Just ignore the warning and the numbers displayed on top of the screen. How to know if the MOD is working ? After you have recruited Men at Arms and/or Yeoman units over the limit (make sure the Peasant Mob / Bow units are under the limit) for example now you have 15/10 on top of the screen. Then hover the mouse curser above the 15/10, the tool tip should read "Your farm is working at full capacity" or someting like that.

If the tool tip says that you are loosing the farming income, that means the MOD is not working or you have too many Peasant Mob / Bow.
Skillgannonn 2 mar 2017, ore 21:34
This mod doesn't work for me. Men at arms and battle pilgrims and all those still add to the peasant total. Really disappointing because this is definitely the most frustrating mechanic in the game. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't for losing the ability to replenish soldiers if you're over the cap.
Green Raven 2 mar 2017, ore 15:19
Thanks.
Mind, Im not weakaning Brettonia in any way: they still have the option of recruiting Battle Piligrims and Squires from the farmers. All I want is to give them an option when the farming cap is full.
MOMO & YUNA  [autore] 2 mar 2017, ore 14:55
@ Green Raven, thank you for your request. I understand your point of view. It could be interesting to see too. But i doubt the faction will survive battles by having Peasant Mob units as the backbone of the army, however i could be wrong. It's not my playstyle, but if more people request the same as you, i will do it, i promise.
Green Raven 2 mar 2017, ore 12:09
Would you please make a mod that makes only the Peasant Mob not farmers?

Gameplay wise, I really like the farm or fight concept, but I figure Brettonia should have at least one unit - it's weakest unit - that it can field en masse.
Nazgreg 2 mar 2017, ore 9:06
Mmm they are mobs from an feudal land... Yeah, they are farmers...
Moh 2 mar 2017, ore 9:00
Good job!
MOMO & YUNA  [autore] 2 mar 2017, ore 5:25
I am glad this MOD is making you happy. And it's just the second MOD in my life. I know very little about modding, and yet this little easy MOD of mine is making many people happy. Thank you for all the feedback. I hope someone can help make it linked with the display figures and the unit detail panel soon.
LordZarmack 2 mar 2017, ore 5:19
exsactly, a farmer is not a trained soldier.

this isnt the saxon army.
Terminal_Lumbago 2 mar 2017, ore 4:20
