I am also having problems getting the eviscerator skin installed. I followed all the directions but the new skin is not coming up in game. Do I have to unzip the file first before putting it the weapons folder or after. I have tried both ways and still nothing. Your skin looks awesome by the way.

no put the folder in killing floor weapons folder (.../killingfloor2\KFGame\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\katana) when you have the game installed

To have the folder of the skin, it's needed to launch the game first (wait until main menu) then close it and you will see the folder and can replace skin :)

eghhh it sure looks great, but I get too confused following the directions through my files. I find the BrewedPC/Packages/Weapons and all that, but I can't understand the basic copying instructions. Is it me? Anyways, terrific art!!
