I added your fix to the mod.
... I know it's a bit much, but can you make it compatible with 720p? It's very nice mod, if not for that.
I don't have a reason to assume that this mod requires a particular screen size, though. Stellaris in general seems to be made ONLY with tiny screens in mind, which is why there's a huge need for mods such as the 1080p UI one. So based on that, I'd assume that this mod should work fine on 720p screens, and I can't imagine a newer laptop that's lower rez than that, these days. Even my ancient 14" from 2009 has 800 pixels height.

And I like folk's approach. I prefer many small mods, so that I can mix-and-match according to what I want, rather than have to accept a large mod package that may contain elements I dislike.
I realise it can feel cluttered in the addon menu, but frankly that is something PDX could solve quite easily.
