Loin cloths are scary

the only bug i have is every npcs hands are invisible, idk why that happend because there should not be any mod conflicts with this

"historicly acurate" yeah maby if skyrim took place in pre-history and that wouldent even be acurate because cave men used animal skins as cloths

@Scout KING Chances are you have to manually delete the files that this mod adds, since they're replacing the default ones. :(

Honestly I intend on redoing this (As well as getting back into skyrim modding) with more immersive clothes based on what the character was wearing.

Just wanted to post a thank you for making this mod. It's the first one I installed on Skyrim, because it was really bothering me that no one wore anything under their plate armor. It's a big improvement for immersion for me, although sometimes I get a laugh if I steal hide armor and they end up with more modesty than they started with! I just assume my character is giving everyone proper burials somehow. ;)

How is this a thing?
The twitch can be caused by scripts using cloaks as a way of detecting npcs.
Sometimes it messes with them and makes them do weird stuff, like going from bread to drink and back and fourth.

I think I found a bug, nothing too serious. Every character in my game started doing an odd twitch. I think it may have something to do with some sort of conflict in the clothing data. Perhaps fine clothing is too big of a file to replace the underwear with.

Hey I had a awesome suggestion intead of replacing the clothes with roughsewn tunic or ragged cloathing.

will NPCs still comment on a character being 'nude' with this mod installed? I'd rather not be getting shit for indecent exposure when I'm covered head to toe.

lol, Jasonic1 I could, but I think I may swap out the model first. Any mods that give debuffs while not wearing clothes (For example, No Armor Debuff with OverHaul mods) will still apply.

I love this mod, but whenever I go around with this, people tell me to put clothes on. Could you maybe fix it so they don't say that?

You guys mean to tell me that, simply to play a game, some people actually worry about whether the underwear under the armor is 'historically correct' or not?
Honestly, you would think that people would have something more tangible to worry about in their lives...

How about we just pretend that when we pillage a dead character, his padded underwear is taken as well?

I could easily make a replacement that changes this to prisoners rags, its kind of like finding a happy medium between Padding/Just plain clothes.
There's a mod that messes with Equip Slots and allows you to wear armor and robes at the same time, I cant see that working with clipping..

I miss the times in Morrowind where you could wear light normal clothing under your armor. I imagine my character undergoes mass chafing while running everywhere wearing Daedric armor....

I hope there's a mod out there or coming soon where you can do just that, have the option of wearing normal clothes under your armor.

i understand this mod. it should be a great addition to a persons DLC. tho, it shoulda been a mod that allowed you to wear the clothing as option.. putting it on the character as well as armor over it. kinda like MORROWIND was...

What the guy below me is trying to say is that you should make the clothing visible in openings in the armor (for example: If yuo wear a Guard's Curiass, you should be able to see the clothing's long sleeves under it.).

you should make the fine clothes able to bs seen under the armor, i mean like say if you have steel curiss well since the curiss hase short sleeves and the fine clothes has long sleeves make the sleves visable (try to make it so the fine clothe your player is wearinfg if sombody has cbbe on the under garments (that is what i would call them) covers your whole body (but just the undergarments the player is wearing. (plz consider even though i am asking alot)

I got tired of all kids who just keep on trying to put freaking bikini guards and had em charge on you with 2h sword while wearing armour that barely covers anything and not to mention that outside is snowing too... I mean it was good laugh at start but when every 2nd or 3rd mod started to look like page from playboy... thanks a lot to author...

This mod conflicts with the thousands of geeks who need something to look at 8P

In Medieval ages, a set of Plate Armor was customly made to fit the wearer's body, I believe I am going to stop using those armors because the mobility is insane in Skyrim how freely you can move with them, they should have a bit of restraint.

Can't help leaving a comment. If your 1 of those people that is offended by seeing to much skin I guess this mod has a point, i guess. Why tempt yourself... Not sure how you would handle going to the beach or a swimmingpool now a days, some bathingsuits are more revealing than the stuff in this game.

It would have been a really cool mod if it acutally added a slot for clothes so you can wear them under your armor and could still take them off (like in Morrowind where you could actually wear clothes under your armor), if you want ofc, just like in reallife to take a bath or so.... just a thought.

As an afterthought, adding a slot for underwear would even be better and add even more, would go well with CBBE or UNP meshes and textures....

So what does this mod do again?
