Bronhoms We could change mount and rider sizes independantly at one time, but I believe an update broke that.
Kholek has been made bigger.
Notice that everyone is resized, including Lioncourt, but the dwarf lord is far bigger. I tried to load your mod first, last, alone, etc.. Always the same issue.
Pretty sure I could increase Dorghar's size without increasing Archaon though, but same problem as I just mentioned.
In my, unreleased, mod I have him at 1.5 in size as far as I remember. There is a "magic" number to hit where his running animation doesn't happen because he gets so big that his walking animation covers his speed (and you'd have to give him higher speed to compensate), but as long as you don't hit that number there should be no reason to alter unit speed.
-Reduce a bit the size of marauders
-Increase a tid bit height of elves
-Demigryphs and gryphons?
