If you want to change the animations and make the survivors a specific height, download the Animation Swap file pack from this site: https://sites.google.com/site/zeqmacaw/tutorials/modding-a-left-4-dead-2-survivor/modding-the-animations/modding-the-body-animations/by-swapping-with-another-survivors-animations

You will need crowbar to decompile and then recompile the model, and Notepad++ to edit the qc and qsi files.

Be sure to follow the instructions exactly or else the model will give you an error while compiling and not finish properly.

Could you possibly rig these models to different animations? Coach's animations are broken and ugly, Ellis' animations are just plain ugly, and so are Rochelle's. It's also weird to see a male so tiny and feminine. It would require extra coding/scripting and such, but it'd make them look so much better. Good work on the mod btw, never thought I'd see these guys in L4D2.
