you would need a version that was relevant around the time of 24 Sep, 2016. Its about 1 or 2 updates before the actual. Good luck, if you get it working.

This mod doesn't work anymore, it was made for a older version and since that was updated. if you manage to roll back your game to an older version, you could still use it with any mod i created

it was free, but its outdated, either wait for someone to pick it up and remake it, or i may come back to it at some point, but that's not on my plans for now.

If unsubscribing from the workshop doesn't work, try to delete it from within the launcher directly and if even that doesn't work then it's probably one of the bugs related to the current launcher issues, which you will have to wait out to be fixed.

If you want a working (although not yet with Norsca) Unlocker, then check out my Faction Unlocker+.

i'm looking forward to tilea and especially Kislev XD Kislev always get wiped first, I wanna give them a fighting chance! Besides, their massive amount of starting land helps too.

Im pretty sure he said he was disconting the mod after the bret release yes steam should have a option to be able to autoflag out of date mods for users but it took me 1 sec to look at last updated at the top of the page the fact it says 1st of jan 100% garantees it wont work.

If you are not going to update this mod and it is incompatible with the current game, then please remove this mod.

It just waste everyones time trying to get a inapplicable mod to work.

I seem to be getting some type of bug and it might be conflicting mods but there will be repeat option when i conquer a settlement of loot and settle. does anybody know a possible fix?
The only mods i can think that might affect this is (conquer anywhere) but i doubt it (GCCM for every faction) and possibly (radious mod?)

I wanted to use Lokerian's Torgovann Overhaul but it looks like this is the only unlocker that actually gives give the faction all the changes it's supposed to.

Unfortunately this mod does not work right anymore as it allows factions to conqure anywhere for some reason and also gives like 10 different post settlement battle options, most of them being duplicates.

For some reason, conquur anywhere is on and it is stupid, it means i cant raze build dwarfen buildings and they just rebel constantly, why is this feature?

border princes dont have garrison after upgrading the barracks building :( both in capital cities and minor

@Lokerian I'm aware it's being discontinued, and I was sorry to hear that. My suggestion was more for visibilitys sake. Makes it easier for the public to know what to expect and how to use this mod. :)

This mod locks DLC factions. It would be nice if you could post a warning at the top of the description (or even i the title) that this mod is no longer applicable, and that it lock factions.
