Can someone please bring this back. I hate having to install frackin universe now just to have this.

This mod is already included in Frackin Universe, so you don’t need to install it anymore. If you launch the game with this mod installed anyway, it will crash as soon as it starts.

@creeper king 82 I don't think you'll ever understand the stresses of updating a mod for people that will always be ungrateful for no reason, all while being completely unpaid. If it feels more like work than a passion project, it's time to quit

time to remind everyone in the comments that the devs of this mod did the ♥♥♥♥ move of abandoning it for no good reason.

fracking races doesn't work for me anymore. It crashes the game right after the fish comes. I have only Fracking Universe and Fracking Interface and it does crash the game.

i know this got merged with f.u but is there still a way to implement a race without straight going to f.u ?

Breaks hostile NPCs, making them unable to be damaged by the player. I think the as of currently the most recent update with a change note of 'housecleaning' tells a big story; of someone so unhappy that others don't want the bloat that comes with their modpack that they actively break things behind the scenes rather than just leaving it be.

Don't bother asking either since the developer is not only uncompromising on random things but will sometimes even verbally attack others that disagree with them or ask for anything other then their "vision" even if it makes sense. In the past years ago I got attacked with a "wanting things on a silver platter so I should f*** off" on a old off steam forum thread for FU for pointing out how bloated and overcomplicated some of the mods features were back then. By sayter himself. Still are to an extent at present last I saw. Was so long ago I can't remember what forum but that response stuck with me for obvious reasons. Since FR was sayters mod too was only a matter of time before FU ate it oof

Bringing back a standalone FR for users that don't want the overall FU bloat would be a godsend but don't get your hopes up if past history with FU eaten mods is anything to go by.

Gotta admit, merging this with FU was a horrible idea. I tried FU and had no damn clue what to do because there was so much new content that I got overwhelmed. FR is good, I like FR, it adds onto the base game and makes choosing a different race worth it. FU? Hell no.

Change the name of the mod that it is not working/integrated.

tbh I use like over 500 mods and I don't get an crashes/issues I question the mods yeal usin sometimes did you try using the starbound patch project mod?

Sayter is egotistical and cannot fathom the idea of multiple mods existing, he's too busy stealing them. One could argue by incorporating mods with the creator's permission he is giving them exposure, I do not think anyone who uses FU will search for that one feature they liked and play with those mods but not FU.

Looking back now I feel like they really wanna make sure we use fu and not just the race perks mod
