Soo .... sub-buildings don't work now because it was added to the game officially ... but you can't use the sub-building building?

I'm sorry to confirm, I'm also getting the blue ground (the blue mantle effect). I have the Sub-Building mod enabled, and this ground effect is overriding any decals used.

Make sure the sub-building mod is enabled in asset manager.
I have a revamp of this asset on the to-do list to make it a little less cumbersome to get working properly, but it's going to be a little while before I get around to it.

If you really like the grass texture, you can use this large decal: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=808637188
with the non-subbulding version of the asset to replicate the same effect.

yup, the old sub-building enabler mod.
I posted a link to the non-subbuilding version if you don't want to use the deprecated mod.

Man, the 3 constructions dont have ground, something blue appears beyond the building floor, does it need an external mod?

I am having issues with services getting to this building if I connect it to the elementary school. It works fine as a standalone but broken when connected.
