vv That mod (and another similar one called Project-E) was so fun to mess around with, especially if you had complementing mods (like Buildcraft, Ender-IO) where you can mass-produce items.

The only problem was the resource cost, where valuables weren't expensive enough... which was mainly the reason why the very few servers that did run the mod had to ban certain item use cause people could have diamonds for days rather easily (with enough effort 'n patience early on)

That's why I'm liking this mod, cause I like to dig about and find dungeons and such... though you think with all the carbon and such in the countless dirt you dig up (plus with the technology within Starbound'verse) that you could make use of it...

...and that's the selling point of this mod.

@Zekrom_Vale 100% does :3

This reminds me of Equivelent Exchange from Minecraft.

@oban "Try it and see" That's the most Dungeon Mastery thing I have heard in a while.

it's not a problem that i have two of the mods installed? (the one yuki shown + this )
Oban  [autor] 4 SEP 2016 a las 12:13
@*Yuki* yes, however i am working on a whole lot of other stuff to go with the mod, right now i am working on a more advanced crafting interface & respective object for higher lever items, ie armour/weapons

So.. It's Project E.. For starbound...

Don't mind me..

Just going to show this to the tekkit obsessors that say Project E is what makes minecraft better..
Oban  [autor] 30 AGO 2016 a las 8:31
@genraldarumaka Yes, it is the base unit. What i forgot to mention is that not every item will have a transmutation recipe
genraldarumaka 30 AGO 2016 a las 8:01
so grey matter is EMC?
Oban  [autor] 30 AGO 2016 a las 7:57
@genraldarumaka Not really. I will add more recipes for rescources, ect, and I hope to implement higher tier items yeilding more grey matter, but as I mentioned in Suggestions, being able to turn dirt into a pickaxe directly is cheaty (in my opinion)
genraldarumaka 30 AGO 2016 a las 4:51
are you going to add item "EMC" values?
Oban  [autor] 30 AGO 2016 a las 3:23
@HappyHead I plan to have eventually make the altar have a 'crafting grid' where different arrangements of grey/dark/red matter make different resources/other items. The recipes for now just act as a means of Dark/Red matter being useful.

So I guess eventually they will be quite similar. In terms of working together, I would be fairly easy to create a patch so grey goo counts towards dark matter (but you can just put it straight in the Sludger to convert it at the moment)

@Triple Factorial @ One-Way Road Altars are crafted at the Architects Table (Tier 3) Sorry, should have made it more clear
genraldarumaka 30 AGO 2016 a las 1:03
this brings me back to the good days of minecraft, keep up the great work!
Zero Ningen 29 AGO 2016 a las 19:08
How do you craft the altar?
jptcrazy 29 AGO 2016 a las 18:30
Mod looks very good. Is it based on the Equivalent Exchange mod for Minecraft by any chance?
Triple Factorial 29 AGO 2016 a las 17:42
"at an altar"

Huh? What do you mean by that?
HappyHead 29 AGO 2016 a las 16:55
how does this mod compair to say, the universal uncrafter mod?
They work in similar ways, but grey goo can only be used to make blocks, while your mod offers specific crafting recipies for certain items....hmmm.....

I wonder if theres a way for them to somehow work together in a way?
Maple Witchlight 29 AGO 2016 a las 16:06
will i lose an arm and a leg if i try to transmute a human
Oban  [autor] 29 AGO 2016 a las 8:55
@HappyHead Any item from any mod should work in the sludger
HappyHead 29 AGO 2016 a las 7:46
compatability with mod items/blocks?
