don't count on energy cost to balance things, especially when very popular mods like Frackin Universe add energy packs.

They seem like they could be pretty OP. Perhaps you shouldmake them use more energy so that they're very powerful, but only in short bursts?

That particular text should actually read "Submachine Gun"
But when I tested it I was just happy everything worked functionally and got lazy.
